Ah,. well. This answers my question - I was just looking to see how long I would have to wait for my voucher...

Also, I did a survey the other day that promised 12,000 points for joining some printers forum thing - answering questions about printers. And have I got them? No. This was quite a while ago now.

points can take upto 6 weeks of closing, which sometimes they extend the closing date without telling you. I have points owing from 29th Jan and they recently credited me for a survey I did last week.
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574

I had a reply today asking me for the invites to the surveys that i had 'issues' with.... well of course i had deleted ones i hadn't completed, but managed to find in my emails about 15 surveys since dec that i had completed and not been given the points for.... i won't hold my breath !!

:DI have just realised this morning that Isent for an amazon voucher from these in NOVEMBER 08  .I have waited soooo long I forgot all about it until I came on here and noticed the thread.I did contact them in January and they said that the voucher would be sent out within the next few days ,nearly 2 months ago that was !!!!
IF I get the voucher I will be cancelling my account and trying out other sites instead.Very very very poor customer service from them and am not impressed
I cant even rember how much the voucher was for but I do know I redeemed 60,000 points

    Rant Over :D
If you dont ask you dont get!!

60,000 points is a £10 voucher. I do agree that this site is a terribly tedious way to get a £10 voucher, there are much quicker way out there. Valued opinions for example- I think I'v ehad three vouchers from them in the time it's taken for me to (not) get one from Toluna.

i'm !!!!ed off with toluna.until last year i'd been screened out of every single survey i got but since maybe november i've been doing them and not been screened out.i was unaware that points that are 2 years old expire until i saw that i'd had some taken off me.in total since january i've had 21 825 taken from me.i've emailed just about everybody i can think of and rung them and all they say is you must use your points or they will expire.i've been a member for over 4 years and at no point have i ever had an email telling me of changes ( points expiring).all i want is a sainsbury's voucher and i won't even get that and they're a total waste of space.is there no regulator for these online companies?
