Survey can not have more than 10 screeening questions. Maybe you should contact Toluna support?

i did once before about something and didn't even get a response!!


just seems odd that i hardly ever get to fill in a complete questionairre.... its gonna take me years to get to 60,000 points !!

I recieved two questionnaires today. I was screened out of one, but completed the other. So I guess it's just luck as to whether you get one and get to the end? If your profile isn't 100% completed I'd suggest you do so. Or update it.

Well, if all depends on the criteria of the survey - there are some information thy can get from your profile (illnesses, home employment and so on) but sometimes they need a very specific profile and if you fit to let's say 6 different criterias and fail on the 7th... Oops!
Definint the target group is never easy... I'm being screened myself very often, but also, as I get a lot of invitations, I manage to complete 1 survey each 2-4 days..

all my profile is up to date and complete...
when i first joined i got quite a few surveys but now only about 1 a week !!

A fw years ago when I used to do surveys a lot for one company only I won €25 and they asked me for my IBAN number. Not knowing what the heck it was I jsut ignored it :rolleyes:

of course, nowadays pretty much all bank statements have this info on them.

i've not contacted Toluna again, as i've done 2 quicksurvesys this afternoon, both of which led to other surveys, got about 30% through them to be told i don't fit the group or they have had enough respondants!!
surely it doesn't take that long to realise i'm not in the right 'category' !!

Write to them... They can surely tell if you were answering screening questions or not...
