I cashed in 60000 points for a £10 Sainsburys voucher on 6/3/09. From your experiances does this mean Im in for a long wait? I havent had any confirmation from them that they are sending it to me, my account just shows the points have been deducted.
I must admit, Ive struggled to get the points for this voucher as I also get chucked off of the surverys after spending lots of time on them & I just want to get my vouchers & then will stop doing it.

How do we receive our e-vouchers (Amazon in particular), is it through email?

It's ridiculous that LightSpeed and Pigsback send them out same day and Toluna take 2 months.

The site really scrapes the barrel now.

4 surveys tonight and filtered out after about 10 questions on each. So are they going to disregard my answers to the 10 questions .....or are they going to sell them on.... let me think...

Im stuck in a rut with just over 32000 points - the awards for less than 30k points are a joke, will prob have to keep picking up the 150 point survey questions and might get to 60,000 by Xmas...........(2010:rotfl: )

got screen out at the END of the survey when it did the 'stats'. they said 'sorry the survey is already closed'.

i emailed them IMMEDIATELY as thats mad wrong. im about 9k off 120,000.

got about 6 surveys today tho! ALL screened out just by clicking the link!

I had that! one page said, "thankyou for your participation" etc etc, "please click this link to go back to toluna"
I clicked on the link and get...."sorry this survey is full" or words to that effect from toluna. I pressed to go back and was told by the page "you have already completed this survey". I am 20000 away from ending links with toluna. I get the feeling I wont get paid for any surveys I do for them.
So Thats 130x150 point polls and just over 33x15 point polls...I think this will take a very long time...

I have in the past ordered amazon vouchers from them (in those days it was 30k for a voucher £5). They took 1 month plus to arrive by Email
I also vote on the quick votes polls in both english and german, they may be the same question but I get 2 times the points.

Im also still waiting for my voucher ordered in Jan.

Having the same experience , survey points not being added , dating back to July last year but I have experinced them being added 6 months after the survey.

Lots of screen outs ......... mini polls only at the moment:mad:

I was just going to post about not receiving points for surveys completed last week then read some of you have been waiting months so I guess I have a long wait ?

I have noticed the past few days there have been hardly any sponsored polls and also under my points, there are polls (relating to 4x4 cars) that I haven't done but I have been given points for ?

Has anyone else noticed this ?

I only joined 2 weeks ago and have nearly 14000 points but the polls seem to have gradually decreased over the last week ?

Another question re polls I create - do I receive points for them if a certain number of people vote ? Is it the number of votes per poll or total number of votes for various polls that count ?

I too have got the 4 x 4 points and don't know where they came from. It is frustrating that after been a member for a couple of years or so I am now 15 points off 60000 and voucher, but cannot get the 15 points from polls or owt cos there's none available. :mad:
