not strictly true that - Toluna send Amazon vouchers by email, it just takes 6 weeks or so to get them.

Well after being a member of Toluna for almost 5months, I finally redeemed my first £10 Amazon voucher today - got there in the end, hopefully it will arrive.

Have to say, I'm gonna pack this site in now and try valued opinions instead.

I think they're useless :rolleyes: You constantly have to check you're awarded the points you're due and almost always have to chase your "rewards".

I had an ongoing battle with them re. a £10 Amazon voucher I ordered last October. After endless emails and stalling on their part (saying there had been a problem and I'd get it with the "next batch), they then started saying I'd received it in January ... not true!

Eventually and after yet more emails, they emailed me the Amazon code last week and I was able to use it. This is simply unacceptable.

Don't trust this lot as far as I can throw them ... and will leave them as soon I've (hopefully :rolleyes:) redeemed my next lot of points.

I give up with this site. I wondered why my number of points was never getting any higher. When I looked on my account in a period of 6 months they have taken 23655 points off my account. Listed as expired points. What a con. Don't even tell me.

Well, that's a good reason to tell them to "get lost" if ever I heard one ... no-one should put up with this sort of ineptness.

I have been a member of Toluna since May last year. I find it really easy to get the points. I have applied a couple of times in the test area but never get picked.
I redeemed some points in Jul last year but nothing since then. I haven't had any points taken off me however reading the last few posts become concerned and converted my poitns for an Amazon voucher (even though I've read on here people have been having trouble getting them as well)

I will let you know if I have any problems

Update: Got my Amazon voucher after maybe a moth of waiting. It was sent to me online and I have now used it to buy a game. I find no problems with this at all

Well they emailed me telling me my 10,000 was a mistake and I can't have a voucher that I requested now obviously until I reach the 60000 mark again... if they have done tihs to many people how are we to know if points were due to us or not if they cant even get i rght?... There is something seriously wrong there!

Most of their surveys these days also seem to be for 1,400 or 2000 points or something and can take up to 30 minutes!

You dont get this with Valued Opionins or Lightspeed ever!

Have now deleted my account with them. Anyone know of a good survey site I can now join that actual pay out. Thanks

I personally rate Lightspeed ... easy to accumulate points (which I exchange for PayPal cash),speedy payout for rewards and professional to deal with.
