I requested an Amazon voucher last month and got it within 3 weeks which totally surprised me after reading about other people waiting so long!

I've been with this site for a few years and in this time have received probably £50 / £60 worth of vouchers with no problems. The voucher delivery time is slow I agree but I haven't had any other trouble.

I know I'm in the minority here but I thought I should add my experiences.

been with em since mid 08 and currently on 107,000 points. just filled in surveys (i gte about 4 a day on average) and never checked my account. i just click click clicked! now i do polls and nearly at £20!

same with all survey places. i just do the surveys without even looking at my account!

got £4 in valued opinions and no recollection of it!

i have just noticed they have taken 3000 points off me,
i would have had 120000 points with them,
nasty lot.

That's pretty much what I do too

I did start a little record a while back though, of how many points I have with which survey sites, which I update every now and then.

They shouldn't be taking points off people though, whatever the reason (well, unless someone's broken the ToS or somesuch..). That's just wrong

When they took the points off me I had a good look at their site. It is listed in the terms and conditions that points expire after 2 years.

sorry! MADE a booboo! it was valuedopinions with the £4 diary. got the new link today. seems like they dont count weekends!

i did wonder why i said £4 for toluna, when toluna deal with points.

aaaargh i do too many! i get confused!

I'm starting to think there's something really suspicious about Toluna and it's filtering out people during surveys.

I just did a survey, answered about 12 quick questions and it chucked me out. I pressed back and the third party page that came up was a "congratulations" page, I then pressed Finished and the Toluna "Points will be added" page came up.

After a lot of frustration, points disappearing from my total, being booted out of surveys half way through AND chasing vouchers that never arrived....the last straw was that business of upping the points for vouchers back in March/April last year...I'd worked danged hard to get all but 5000 points...and after some civil emails from me to ask just what was going on..and NO replies to any...I decided I'd had enough and closed my account with them...and now I am less stressed, no more nail biting, hairpulling...ah...free of these idiots...feels good....:cool:
