A suggestion to all Tolunies out there. use the filter or folder settings in your email account so that when you complete a survey you place it into a completed folder or some list. This way you can check they have paid u the right amount of points and not missed any . I have a 15000 point survey i'm still waiting for.

i have just spent about an hour doing 4 different surveys and was phased out of all of them:mad: :mad: :mad:

Only signed up yesterday, im on 11,120 points, not sure if this is good or not after 1 day

Had 3 emails off them today, one for 3,600 points and two for 2,000 but got this error alot, is this common?

Also has anyone done the reccomend a friend? you get 500 points, do they honour this?

it is quite common to get filtered out like you have descibed above. it gets really annoying when you do 3/4 of a survey and then get filtered out.

Yey! Have been waiting for that 10,000 points for ages. I did do the survey and Davester suggests had saved it in a folder in my e-mail to make sure i got it. Never thought i would though! Even better that it's just taken me over the 60,000 points makr so i can actually get a voucher - hooray!!!

im currently doin the food diary but didnt get a mail today for todays submission?! i cant find my email for the one from yesterday... or on toluna aswell! worth £4!!!!!

They are terrible at sending the vouchers. mine was supposed to have been delivered to arrive 29 Sept 2008. Valued Opinions and Lightspeed are way better as they just send vouchers by email.
