As a former vocal supporter of Toluna I have to say the last weeks surveys have sucked big time.

    2,700 points for a 30 minutes survey? I don't think so!

Think i'll stick to the odd poll on the site in the hope their rates pick up.

After a lot of frustration, points disappearing from my total, being booted out of surveys half way through AND chasing vouchers that never arrived....the last straw was that business of upping the points for vouchers back in March/April last year...I'd worked danged hard to get all but 5000 points...and after some civil emails from me to ask just what was going on..and NO replies to any...I decided I'd had enough and closed my account with them...and now I am less stressed, no more nail biting, hairpulling...ah...free of these idiots...feels good....

Same here! I closed my account several months ago and am much happier for it! It was a waist of my time. I never got the points I should have for loads of surveys and never got any responses when I emailed them. After saving points for what seemed like ages, they changed the rewards and I needed another 30,000 points to get a 10 sainsburys voucher  Forget it!

I am totally fed up with them - every survey they send me these days I get screened out and I have decided that they are ageist and sexist - they don't appear to like women who are 47:mad:

They are a total waste of space.

I haven't had any survey points added since mid February. There have been loads of short polls and surveys on the website, but not a single survey point. Have emailed.

Hurrah:j I've just recieved my £10 Amazon e-voucher. It was ordered 22/01/09, so I'm quite impressed. Not as a long a delay as I feared.

I have just been screened out of yet another ruddy survey - I got as far as do you do your shopping all the time and then boing sorry we have reached our quota - I don't think so considering I have just this minute received the bloomin' thing. I wonder if they will allow me to transfer points to someone else, I have over 25K of them.

I agree cashed in 60000 pts for Sainsbury's vouchers it has been at least a week know these are the worst of all of them although mutual points has its moments to.

I've just been screened out of two surveys:mad: Fortunately this happened early on, so I didn't waste too much time on them. Damned irritating though:mad:
