i got two £10 vouchers for sainsburys this week and they took about six weeks to come through so they might be getting a bit quicker sending them out,
i have had some before and they took two months.

my sainsburys ones came yesterday i think i ordered them about 3 or 4 weeks ago cant quite remember lol

yes but what about the surveys you completed weeks ago that you have forgotten about and they haven't rewarded you them yet. Thats why i add a label to completed surveys so that I know which I have completed and not been rewarded 4. I still have over 40000 points waiting some surveys date back till end of Febuary.

If you are waiting for too long for your points to come - contact Toluna, there could have ben some kind of problem with the survey or they are waiting for the lists of those, who have completed certain survey.
I'm sure that if you do so, they will appear very soon.

SurveyPolice is not the best way to write a complaint - simply use their contact form or email info.en@toluna.com and ention all details you can dig up from your notes or emails...

I am sure that everything can be solved by simple conversation with Toluna staff

Did you write to them? If the address in your profile was accurate at the time when the order has been placed (or a very short while after), it should normaly be received within 8 weeks. If after this time you still don't get any letter from Toluna with your voucher, they might be able to re-send it to you.

If the address was incorrect at the time, they will not re-send it to you as it was your fault that you have not updated your profile...

Don't worry I tell them nicely. like I said in a previous post they sometimes extend the survey deadline without saying so you can wait 2 months for it to be rewarded. Not sure why they can't keep a record on the site of which are pending as other sites do it without problems
