I complained about my lovetoshop vouchers vanishing from my account on 12/06 and I got an email back on the 12th (5 hours later- wow!) saying they were very sorry and that all the vouchers had been sent out by the 11/06, I did indeed get mine in the post yesterday (13/06) is this a record?!
Has anyone else had theirs or am I just (extremely) lucky?

They said the vouchers had been sent out prior to my date for other people and mine will be in the next batch but they didn't say when the next batch would be
Keep emailing them via their onsite email system; when I had 'issues' with them a short while back, I emailed them daily and eventually got a response a week later. Seemed to work for me anyway- though did take a week, and they did actually reply to each individual email even though the third one dealt with the problem!0 -
This was the reply I got from them when I asked about my love to shop vouchers
"Thank you for your email.
We have now sent all Love2Shop vouchers up to the 24th of April. As your was ordered on the 5th of May, I can assure you it will be sent with the next batch. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
I hope you are still enjoying your time on the site and that you receive your voucher soon."
No mention when the next batch is being sent out though
That's a bog standard reply I've had the same when asking where my vouchers were. TOok another four weeks or so to turn up.0 -
I ordered some on 28 April so looks like I just missed the cut off, hopefully they should arrive soon, i do think having to wait so long to get your vouchers after working so hard to get the all the points required is a but unsatisifactory.0

You have to use the contact panel they don't accept direct e-mails.
I have this issue too and have reported it via the contact us panel with the date of the points being removed from my account. If you haven't already done so please use the "contact us" panel to report the problem of the points having been deducted and the voucher request not being on the system.
If there are several of these come through the problem will get looked at and hopefully we might get our vouchers in the usual 2 - 3 months. If it doesn't get looked at as a priority it could take a long time.:mad:
I got a reply today
"Thank you for your email.
Wer have had some technical problems since the site update; one of which concerns the member's reward page. I can assure you your order is still stated in our datbase: -60000 2009-06-10 11:40:39 love2shop
Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it can take up to eight weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. I can confirm the voucher will arrive by post at the address stated on your profile. I hope you are still enjoying your time on the website and that you receive the voucher soon.

i'm now at 49040 points, and still waiting for 18050 points to be credited on top of that which will take me well over the 60,000 points needed for a voucher, i've had to complain several times to get missing points added, so now i'm not completing any more surveys until they'd added the other points, 1 of which date back to a surveys done in march!!
Once they have finally added the points and i receive whichever voucher i decide on i shall definately be cancelling my account with them!
much prefer lightspeed and valued opinions, even though you don't get as many surveys, at least they credit you immediately !!0
