hiya, how long does it take them to send the amazon £10?? - do they send it via email or do they post it???

depends on your voucher but most take 8 weeks to be sent in the post or even email.

Gosh - I didn't realise Toluna cancelled points too! It's a darned cheek considering they keep you waiting for so long for your points to be added!
(This thread is awfully mixed up isn't it? Everything is out of sync - Posts just don't follow on from each other at all. It's hard to keep track!

i think my amazon took 5 weeks via email. dont matter tho, all savin for xmas so not like i need ti A.SAP.

I didn't realise TOluna cancelled points, that's absolutely disgraceful considering how long it takes them to send them out.

Has anyone had any surveys since the site changed???

Last time they changed the site I wasn't receiving surveys to my AOL account, for months and months and months. Swapped to my hotmail addy and they came through immediately. Now it's changed again I've had nothing!!!

On the plus side they added the 30,000 points I earnt from the recent focus group I was chuffed when they were added, thought it wouldn't be long until I earnt another voucher (just cashed out for the love2shop recently), but of course, now no surveys!!

Ive had loads of surveys through recently. Have you added the address to safe senders? Or checked your settings? If they're OK I'd send Toluna an email. With any luck they'll answer it within eight weeks.

2 years they give u. which is plenty of time, considering they u send several surveys a day.

y didnt u claim ur £10?! they give u 2 years!!!!
