Nigella is too flirty, girly, silly for me, even H hates the way she keeps looking at the camera all smarmy like and keeps flippin her hair about, too much, just cook girl:rotfl: :rotfl:

  • Thanks everyone for your comments on my winning the slimmer of the week I'm very chuffed. Haven't had such a good week this week. Was at a race night at my mums at the weekend and she laid on nibbles. Was Ok at the start of the night but the more I drank the more I picked. Went to my weigh-in last night and I've LOST 2lb's. I'm still happy with that, long may it continue. Good luck to everyone else.

I think you put in either postcode or town, then comes up with classes in your area. Then i thought you could look on a link to see where class was.Could be wrong though.

Well done everyone for last week, keep going those who didn't manage to lose.

Feeling v good today as I went to WW last night and lost 3.5lbs!!! Which means I've lost 6lbs in Jan!! I then went home and made their WW fudge - just had a piece, so scrummy and really rich so the one piece (@ 2 points a piece) is enough... for now .

Right now onto Feb, want to lose another 5lbs this month.

    Good luck everyone xxx

Good morning all. I am back from Australia and we had a great time. Kept an eye on the site while I was away (but limited with paid internet!) and so of the few things I picked up...

congrats emmalis on your great news

well done BB on reaching your goal

Welldone to Bluecorn for SOTM for January (and all the SOTWs that I missed)

I read bails about your new approach to losing weight and now your time out from it - hope all is well.

And all the rest of you, my jet-lagged brain can't remember what else has been going on but hope you are all ok.

I was very good while I was away - I always tried to get the healty option whenever possible but it is hard when you are away from home for such a long time and dependant on restaurants for every meal. It looks like the scale says that I have lost 3lbs during the trip but I will have a proper weigh in on Wednesday morning for the chart. Who is doing the chart for Feb?

    Hi All

Long day, had an urgent job come in yesterday so spent the day screen scraping and writing a paper and new costs for a customer, just finished now, so taking a break until the Salesman claims it it wrong!!

Anyways due to an early start this morning my weigh-in is to be considering pre-poo and not after-poo :) so therefore I will claim my very first maintain :j STS

Glad your back in the land of MSE efrieze, what did you get me? Victory, enjoy the peace that the missing boss avails you ;)Ajax, nigella?? pah nutella?? ;) I suppose in your book Nigella and Nutella??? :rotfl:Pixie, hope you enjoy the rugby I find ladies rugby more technical than mens, did I mention I have helped forward coach our team a few years ago?? KPC yes sounds like the same email to me, I could post one or two others, but think the caterpillar one would get me banned??? BB do you think I should ask the wombles to happy slap your rheumatologist?? Sorry to hear you had so a bad experience, always amazing me the so called caring profession, having the few non caring people?? You would think people would notice?

Re appaisals? I tend to prep as hard as possible, list all the things I have completed, things I enjoyed doing and things that didnt go well. As I mentioned confidence is lacking for me and I hate appraisals, I still worry when a letter comes home from my employer!! But I find in appraisals that if I prepare, then if my mind goes blank, I have notes to refer to. I even got some of my scores raised in the last appraisal :)
