BB -I'm better than good - I'm flipping fantastic.

Phew delly: fantastic, amazing clapping.gif. You've shown real commitment to family, and in particular I'm touched by the very practical expression of love for your DH.
And what you said re disabled/sick came across how you meant it.

And as for all this talk of ironing - you've all obviously got far too much time on your hands! I don't iron *anything* unless it desperately needs it, and even then I'm not happy about doing it! In fact, it's one of my criteria when shopping - 1) Will it cling? 2) Can I throw it in the washing machine/dryer (first is a must, second is a bonus)? 3) Will it need ironing?. If the answer to the ironing one is a yes, then I have to seriously think about buying it!!

When I was little going shopping with my mum I used to watch her grab the side of a top , scrunch it up and let it fall again, if it was crease free she bought it, if not there was no way she had it.

Years later I do that now, my kids are embarrased by me now:rotfl: :rotfl: if there is so much as a crease however much I like the piece of clothing it is not coming in this house:rotfl: no ironing done in this house:D

My gran used to iron underwear, handkerchiefs, her nets, her curtains, her socks absolutely everything !!!

No, there are all sorts of websites that will tell you, tesco products have WW points on them, the frosties come in the points, just a case of finding out how much they are, WW does not take out any foods it is just up to you to keep the food diary/point list and so long as you keep within the 20 points you loose:D

vix - everything has a points value - sausages, pasties, cakes. but it's up to you whether or not you want to spend some of your daily allowance on it. You can buy the WW plan and a points calculator from e-bay although I've been informed that it's actually cheaper to join the class and go for a week or two to get the books and follow it at home on your own.

If you want to know the points value of any product just post on here the calories and saturated fat of a portion of whatever it is and someone (me or Ajax probably) will get back to you. Or if you scroll back a few pages, I'm fairly sure that I posted a link to an online points calculator. If not, let me know and I'll post it again.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

Vix, everything comes from points apart from some fresh veggies. You can get points calculators but it's easy enough to work it out in your head. Getting hold of the book is a good start though as it will show you the free vegetables and points values for a lot of staple stuff.

Thanks Delly for posting the worker-outerer. You may have seen that QT2006 was showing interest, that's why I asked you for it. Now it's on here I'll save it out as a web page later and stick it on my webspace. We'll never have to trouble you again then :)

    Thanks for the chart Nise

EDIT: Still chuckling at "Do frosties come in the points?" Ahhh, out of the mouths of babes, eh? :)

Morning all:D pay day today at last, crumbs January is a long month:eek:

Paying for my flights today to spain, had to cut it down to 5 weeks not 6 this year because of the cost ofthe flights, looks cheap and then they add the fuel, tax, check in charge, baggage charge and it adds up so much there is no such thing as the 1p flights anymore:rolleyes:

Had a really rough night, keep dreaming H is leaving me, can't find him when I go looking, like he has disappeared off the face of the earth and this is not the first time this dream, anyone know the meaning of dreams? Might google it later see what it REALLY means as they always say it is something else than what you think:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Had to have my breakfast at 7am this morning because of my diabetic numbers so from here until 12 lunch time it is going to be a long morning:D

Have a great day everyone, you all deserve it, make sure you don't get blown away, here it is so windy:rotfl:
