......nise, even us larger fellas need a belt - the paunch fights on the side of gravity to force the top of the trousers down :)

I'm guessing Suggs wore an orange and white footy shirt with no X's on the label.

    Hi all

    Hope you are all well.

Sorry - haven't been chatting at all lately - we're not allowed to log on to the internet from work any more so I am finding it really difficult to try and keep up with all the posts. (Just posting while the boss is out of the room)

Can you add a loss of 2lbs for me on this week's chart please Granny.

Belated thanks for last week's chart Granny - you done a great job.

I'll try and catch up later on and see how you are all doing.

    Hi everyone
After last weeks disaster of my 1lb gain, this week I am much happier with a 4lb loss.
I really didn't do anything different this week other than eat my evening meal after weigh-in. It's shocking that just eating a balanced meal can make you weigh heavier, yet losing just 1lb takes sooooooo much hard work!
I am still listening to creepy Paul McKenna and think its sinking in, even though I fall asleep listening to it.
There is one bit in it when he tells you to count backwards and gets to 205, that really makes my skin crawl. I wish I could delete that part.
Its my b/day on Friday and I am getting a little nervous about what to be eating, especially as I had that 1lb last week for eating sensibly.
If anyone needs the SW password just PM me. I know we are not to post it anymore.
Good luck with weight losses to all this week.
And a big thankyou for all the support you gave me last week.
    LL

Well done raphael :j...anic :j ...and LilacLillie :j glad to see you after last weeks upset :D ...

...Granny Never weigh yourself the morning after a 'Chinese', all the salt/msg stuff helps you retain water----so weeeeee away to your hearts content:rotfl: ...

...WISHIWASRICH Well done for getting through your first day:T , but I still can't help but feel that you're setting yourself up for a big fall by being so hard on yourself foodwise, however, that is just my opinion and obviously you know your own strengths and weaknesses, so good luck :j. I dealt with my weight loss in my own way too and it worked for me, and now I feel can ignore untoward comments ;) ...

...What's all this about Fairy candles peeps? Is it to do with 14/2? If so, that's why I don't understand, never having had a card for that in my life :o:cry: ...

...good luck too to those of you still to get weighed, I feel that there are some really good losses to come this week :j ...

I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
  • CHEATED!!!!! I've been ROBBED!!!!!!

After nearly a week of being unable to a)eat anything, or b) step away from the toilet, how much weight do you think I've lost?????

    A MEASLY 0.2KG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was hoping that there would be a fringe benefit to all the nastiness but there isn't. Most miffed. Can only assume that having been able to eat normally for the past 2 days my body is hanging on to every particle of food for dear life, fearing I'm about to starve it again. And I'll be missing next weeks weigh in on account of being on hols. So well done all, especially LL, i'm not seething with jealousy, really i'm not.

Anic, don't you go getting into trouble at work! WishIWasRich, I'll echo the others in saying you are being very hard on yourself. Have you thought about trying SW if you are a big eater? It may be worth picking up a magazine to see what it's all about - look at the success BB has had!

My vote for Sugg's outfit at weekend would be girls pants. Or a sparkly hairband. OR both!

    Hey guys,

Im feeling a bit fragile today! I took £30 out with me - came back with over £15? so i think my friends gave me too much change back! plus it was free entry at the club!! and we got given these flashy things are are so cool!

Beanie - ive seen you on that thread. Its amazing what you pick up off here! I had £6 in my paypal account from quidco so that payed for the love muffin candle. Im a candle fan but i bet i wont want to burn it when i get it!

Suggs: of course you can add me. Be warned of the pics :p i'll give you a pm!

Oh and another thought. I bought these size 14 trousers a while back and i was going to chuck the belt away but now i need the belt to keep them up. They wont fall down but they slip so i end up standing on them. I thought that was quite exciting. But then i looked at myself in the shower and the good feeling has gone a bit :/

wish 1st day gone, it can only get easier from here on;)

2lb loss for me this week.

Went to work today and boss in foul mood, we don't like each other and she makes sure that I am kept super busy and away from her and vice versa, today though I figured I did not have to put up with it, her issues should be left at home and not onto me so lied and made up a doc appointment so back home now, the nice boss is on her hols in lanzarote, oh bring her back:rotfl: :rotfl: quite annoyed that the mean boss can't even be bothered to be civil:rolleyes:
