    lost 42lbs last year and after a happy xmas and most of Jan I have gained 10lbs and my trousers are getting tight. so here i am ready and raring to go... If we still do the charts can someone add me on... thanks.

    Just texted my brother to tell him about my loss this week, trying to keep him on his toes re: our challenge :D he's sent off for his provisional licence, but says he has no money for lessons yet (dispite just booking a holiday to Gran Canaria :rolleyes:) Looks like I'm in the lead so far!

    Hi guys
    Great losses this week, special well done to LL after last week's disappointment.

    I've decided to take a break for a while - I'll still be popping in to say Hi etc, just need to refocus for a little. Don't worry, I'm not disappearing!

    WI today peeps and granny: I've put 2lbs on but am quite happy with this as I know I put this on the day after last week's WI(after a sustained fat and sugar fest weekend) and have maintained for the last 6 days since going back on SW plan so am very encouraged by this.
    I reckon suggs was wearing a new top without an x in it. I don't think he was wearing women's knickers kpc, because he said he was wearing something new for the 1st time ever, and I don't believe it would have been the first time for that, in the slightest...:rotfl:
    I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Reporting a 4 lb weight gain this week. That is more than I put on Christmas week and I had really pushed out the boat then! I honestly, hand on heart do not understand how I could have put on this week. After last week I made sure I stuck to the plan and within my syn allowance. I am very depressed now and just feel like a total failure. Why oh why does this have to be so hard?

    Marion, could there be another reason for the gain? I know it is so disheartening but try to keep faith; it will come. If you haven't already, then perhaps keep a food diary of everything this week (and activity) and see if this throws up any clues. Big hug to you:grouphug:

    Just wanted to share my good news peeps - I have my first hour of supply tomorrow!! It'll be my first time in front of a large class for more than 4 years so I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. Nerves are fine at mo but will kick in tomorrow; will be good to get the first one out of the way. And £20 too, my first wage in ages :T Will let you know how it goes.
