Thank you for doing the chart Grannynise.
Could you please put me down for 1lb loss this week, which brings me to an overall total loss of 43lb and a loss this January of 4lb (still trying to get the hang of maintaining)

Anyone else following the Paul McKenna I Can Make You Thin System?
Been doing it and have been well impressed, doing the 90 day plan with the book when I remember to fill it in. Managed to lose 10lbs in the first fortnight. Have also been off the alcohol though all month. Looking overall to lose an initial 2st 10lbs, then go from there. Finding I am eating what I want, I am not hungry and not craving anything and have a lot more energy.
Not looking for a diet but a lifestyle change in my approach to food so it suits me well, done all the usual stuff, but put more back on than I lost and just got bigger and bigger over the years. Even managed to lose 3 stone on Atkins and put 4 back on !!Cheers

"Had a terrible weekend diet wise, chinese on Friday"
Me too Delly! Had a chinese on Sunday evening (friend's birthday .. not my choice of venue) and I was really quite restrained but weighed 3lb more the next morning. I'm assuming it will all magically fall off (wee off?) by tomorrow evening.
Suggs "On a side issue, I wore something for the very first time on Saturday during the match, Can anyone guess what it is???" ---- was it a belt to hold up your shorts now that you're so shapely?0 -
Hi all,
I got through my first day. :jI had 1 small banana (Bfast), 2 rivita & cottage cheese (Lunch) & dinner of left over pork roast (not too much)....however, a piece of son's toblerone found it's way to my mouth:eek:
It was HARD, hard hard....much harder than I expected...I felt hungry yesterday morning which was MAD as I had loads to eat the night before....so that's it - first day over:T. The diet has begun - failure is not an option:D
Thanks for all the welcoming comments - I feel like part of the club already!0
