Dragon, yes sorry again - my fault for not reading properly. I am sorry you're getting little reward for all your efforts :( Are there any other options for you at all? I suppose you have probably tried all manner of different things by now.

That's okay missyg - I will confess I was miffed especially as I had lost so much earlier in the year! and to be this low on the weight loss , the only thing I can do is not take the medication! This means I am in screaming agony but I lose weight OR I take the tablets and I am in less pain and gain weight! The thing is if I can lose a load of weight it will be better for my ankle in the long run!

Oh not miffed with you missyg! I should have made that clear

As an addition to the Cheltenham thing earlier - you don't have to bet on horses to get the match just cos it's a Cheltenham offer (unless it specifically says so). Betting on horses is extremely unsafe, even in the context of matched betting.

Hi everyone. I have some exciting news to tell you all.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with baby no 2!!! yeahhhhhh! At the moment my due date is 13th september but could change when I have my 12 week scan. Its only taken 18 months to happen & I guess that losing 18lbs in weight helped that & the extra "scrabble" practice over xmas.

So whoever's doing the chart could you put me on hold.

I'm gonna stick around on here so I don't miss out on any of the gossip etc & i'm gonna try not to put too much weight on this time. Last time i put on about 3 stone. I'll keep you all posted bump wise too.

    take care all Em xx

    CONGRATULATIONS EMMALIS !!!!!!! xx
  • congrats emm, you mentioned before how broody you are!

off under the desk now. If I'm not out in 15 mins, send the rest of the girls in too! Group scrabble on the LW board, that'll show the dfw and their 'meets'. ha!
  • Well done on the baby news Em...

Dragon..I know this is incredibly frustrating for you as your weight is dictated more through your medication than your diet but hang on in there....

One thing to consider is how much healthier you will be/are with the healthy eating...The weight is not the only indicator of health....you'll be reducing your cholesterol and all sorts of other things...trouble is you don't often see the other benefits

......I hear ya!! :D To go to this from what we had before is a bit of a shock. I'm still at the stage of thinking that it looks silly.

As it happens, one of the last things I saw on our old TV was someone I know from the Golf Club playing his game on Deal Or No Deal. He became the 13th member of the 1p club
