YAYYYYYYYYYY BB. Well done you, and I'm so glad you're feeling better. :grouphug:
Nise, take no notice of her (not that you would have anyway) - if she gets the biggest loss then she's SOTW and thoroughly deserves it.

The corn flakes could have been replaced by less sugar ones like porridge, shreddies, weetabix, the milk instead of full fat cream could have been skimmed save on the cals, fruit quite sugary but none the less great, the salad for protein could have been put with tuna, salmon, cod, slices of chicken, hard boiled egg, the bread is great, the jam is full of sugar, the shops sell low sugar ones, the rice brown rice, the chicken lean, are you WW calorie counting, trying to cut the sugars, fats, carbs?0 -
Its good to hear youre doing so well BB. Congratulations on the 5lb loss and meeting your target! Doesnt matter how the 5lb loss was achieved, you did all the hardwork in the long run! Enjoy being slim!
This afternoon i went and played golf with my two best buddies! Theyre good at driving and i am good at putting. I really need some lessons so that i can get to the green. It was taking me 5 shots to get to some of thembut i hadnt been for a year and a half so i didnt think it was too bad! Trouble is theyre both blokes, so they have more power to get it further (thats my excuse anyway!!) Hopefully i burned a nice amount of calories too! definatly got an appetite at the mo.
Im off to play Bingo Tonight. Its a marks and spensers one so im hoping to win something nice! My bottom drawer is full of wares for when i get a house, all accumulated from raffles and mum and dad going to bingo every now and then.0 -

Aww
seren and ajax, kpc, victory, bails, pooh, beanie, jillie, vix and pet.Your care and concern much appreciated.
I've quite enjoyed refocusing on SW again today. I've gone back to basics by keeping a food diary again and pouring over the 'good book'. And you're right, I wouldn't have reached target without putting in all the other work before hand so I accept your instructions and will jolly well bask in my new found shape.
I sense a slow phase moving in to the maintainers world of suggs, victory and missyg et al., but perhaps not for a few weeks til my head has caught up with reality. Do I believe I can do it? Well, I do feel very determined not to revisit 11 stone anything again and I would like to not get higher than 10st.10lbs(currently 10st 7lbs) but I shall be kind to myself while I continue to recover from a pretty grim couple of months. I'll see what happens by sticking with SW, max of 6 syns a day for the next week or two (I can't regularly exercise so have always had to keep the syn count low). The remains of one of my 'treats' I got this weekend, of white sliced bread () is about to be turned in to bread and butter pud as a treat for my OH and I don't like, so that's that tempation gone. I keep looking in the mirror to check the double chin really has gone. Yup, it has:j . As soon as I'm back on my feet I'm off for some lovely undies vix, after getting myself measured of course:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
