boots do a shaper range but i think opf them as fads which dont work, such as msot of their stuff contain mayo which is defo not good..

Im currently enjoying my days off, and im looking into holidays with the Kent police recreation society. Theyre meant to be cheaper via that but by the looks of it you need to love the corny places like tenerife, corfu ect and i did benidorm 2 years ago so been there done that. Egypt looks interesting though.

The shapers stuff is really good! Lots of low calorie stuff. Also, fat creates taste, a bit of mayo wont do much harm, you cant totally iradicate fat from your diet. Everything would be fat free and taste free!

Well its funny you should say that.
Now my boyfriend does most of his work on a bike, i dont like idea of him loosing weight and not me! I wanna look good in a bikini once in my life, it does drive me, but then when it comes to this time now, it doesnt relate back to me getting off my !!!!. Perhaps after neighbours i'll go out for a walk, or hope my parents go out and i can get some stepper work in!

Hey everyone,
Firstly I apologise for my absence. Sorry for not posting for the 5lb challenge last week.
I have been feeling a bit discouraged, because I am putting on weight rather than losing it. Now I have been persuaded to go to the Dominican Republic with my friends in summer, but I am really conscious of how I will look etc, and I wanted to set a target to lose weight before then (June).
So yeah, hopefully I can be a bit more committed and try and stick to this change. I am going to start jogging, so I can get some exercise going (anyone got any tips on this that would be great). Also I am going to try my best to stop the binge eating, i really realise now that I eat when I am bored, sad, happy etc, not when I am hungry!
So today, I will take my weight, and I would like to start again if poss. BB?
Well done to all of you that are losing, and even maintaining, keep up the good work. Anyone unfortunate to be putting on, we just have to keep going!!
