I didn't lose anything the week before so I must have made up for it this week. Well pleased with myself. Given me a real boost for this week also.
Well done on your win of gardener :j . Knowing my luck, if I won it would be some old doddery bloke!! Goodluck on your gardening though. If this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0 -

katyk that sounds brill - well done! And well done lucy - thats a great result.
why am i posting at 0400? I've got the norvo virus. And OH followed me 6 hours later. So thats 2 of us in a right state in a house with only 1 bathroom. Still, we can talk with more authority about the Agincourt trots now at any rate. Joking aside guys, I can't remember if any of you have had it but it's just utterly wretched. It starts out like indigestion and trapped wind but gets steadily worse to the stage where we've both been in the bathroom crying and shaking, unable to stand up. If you start showing ANYTHING like the above, get home and batten down the hatches and keep away from the rest of the family.0 -
Morning all! Thanks for the warning Katie, hope you and your OH get better soon. Make sure you keep hydrated.
Stayed the same this week, very disappointed as I didn't think I had been too bad. I didn't track what I ate for most of the week, but I've had 4 days where I have walked 10,000+ steps, gone to 1 body pump class, and done 3 cardio sessions at the gym of 40-50 minutes, so really had hoped the scales would have shown a good loss. Alas, not to be - maybe next week? I really want to shift 19lbs and don't want it to take forever!
Total steps for Tuesday: 12,079 including 5,268 aerobic steps (48 minutes)
Walked to the bank at lunchtime and back (1.05 mile), and walked DS1 up to his hockey practice then I walked back home (0.9m), and the rest were just pottering about steps.
Still aching from Body Pump on Monday, and I'm booked in tonight! I think I might have to reduce my weights, I don't want to cancel as I can't go again until Monday.Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -
Morning all.
Congrats, hugs, chin up, kick up the bum. *delete as appropriate*
I was very pleased with my 4.2 lbs loss this week, and I'm really starting to look at food differently, especially portions.
Yesterday a collegue brought a HM roast into work, and didn't want it, she offered it to me & so I took it home. When I took the tinfoil off there was loads! Before I would have eaten it all, instead I had half, and saved the other half for today (having bubble 'n' squeak). I will add a bit more broccoli to it too.
I'm still keeping up with snacking on fruit, Yesterday I had 2 bananas for breakfast (woke up late for work  ). Lunch was salad (leaves, grated carrot & little feta cheese) a kiwi & pear. Dinner was half the roast, and another banana.
Good luck with everyones WI today.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
