Hi everyone. Cor this is horrible weather!

Just came out of exam number two. Totally rubbish. Had a question on the integration of he EU economy in reference to the labour force. I mean for god sake, what a question. I answered as best i could but i probably didnt do so well in it but at least the worst is over. Hopefully my strategy and tourism exam will lift the grade of it up slightly.

I gotta do my notes for tomorrows exam. Got a permanent headache that im trying to ignore, feel like i could go to sleep! Went to bed at half 9 last night, boyfriend gave me a full body massage. He is absolutly diamond.

anyway, well done to the loosers. Ive just eaten a four fingered kit kat, toast with anchor spreadable. Theres something quite pleasing about not watching what you eat. I shall enjoy it while i can untill sunday!

hope you have a good day folks, i'll be on top form tomorrow with no work to do what so ever! woo

Good luck with tomorrows exam. It's 5 years since I did my last uni exams now and seeing your posts reminds me how stressful it is. Don't worry about them once they're done though I always found I did real well in things I thought had gone bad and vice versa so you never can tell! I am craving a Kit Kit (or any choc for that matter) although I think i've been bad enough in recent days!

Please sir I am eating enough! Averaging just under 1300 cals/day which is almost exactly where I am supposed to be this week :D It's 100 cals/day up on 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it! I did have a light lunch today so that I have more options later on :D

Good idea about shaving my head! :rotfl: Could do with that bit of extra aerodynamics when I'm out on my bike!

Fair comment, just double checking on you. ;) I remember when David Baddiel was on a health kick last year and reading his blog. He had a haircut and weighed it! came out as 25gram :rotfl: Every little helps as they say.

I know I can hardly talk, I suppose I like to keep my options open for later too. Skinny latte maybe :) I did hit the gym today, 4th visit this week, day off tomorrow. Then rugby Saturday.

Didn't know you were house hunting Victory! Agree, a bit of a project is probably OK if the price reflects it, but there is a limit!

I may have held too many calories back today actually. I have reserved enough for my cereal at 6pm but I still seem to have 336 to use between now and then and I'm not even hungry :rotfl:

4 visit to the gym this week Suggs, that's more than usual isn't it? Are you preparing for yet another star performance on Saturday?

I'm feeling the urge to go and declutter something else in the house, but I don't know what. Hmmm.
  • vix, i hope you are enjoying being more relaxed about your food . . . but . . . . there's a difference between relaxing a bit and just going crazy and eating for england. In the past I have claimed to be dong the former when really it was the latter and you pay for it later. Don't set yourself up for a fall!

I think I have been averaging 4 visits a week for a while now. Off tomorrow for two reasons, for one I try to take a day off the day before a match, secondly I do try to limit to 4 sessions a week. As I said I have started to add weight training to the mix, so now will be a few weeks of finding the level again, ie One session = 3 CV activites and some weight training and still maintain. Obviously I would like to lower my body fat at this stage.

For your delight, I had a big bowl of porridge, made with water, unsweetened. Tuna & sweetcorn with extra light mayo sandwich, 2 little boxes of raisins (14g each) Gym session used up 837cals CV only as no time for weights. I like yourself and Victory tend to eat lightly in the day and that leaves the options for later, no doubt I will go for a walk up the shopping centre later and have a 'bucket' of skinny latte and maybe a skinny muffin :) its my vice ;)

Victory, I didnt know you were househunting either, get Sarah Beeney from property ladder to help you :) somehow I had you in the North, not down south
