  • It's lovely to see so many more new peeps joing us here, 'Welcome' Garty, Josi_Jump, Choccie and mumoftwins welcoehithernicetomeetysn5.gifRemember that whatever plan you choose to follow, it will only work if you stick it! So strong willpower is needed! Good luck to you all, I wish you success :j ...

...Fingers still crossed for you Vic for tomorrow...

    ...:j :j Well done kymrob :j :j ...

...starlight What a lovely friend you have, it's nice to know that you have someone like that when the dark clouds loom :j pleased also that you're getting back on track foodwise :T ...

...missyg What a great prize to win :j how did this come about?...

...kpc Could it be that Paul just says things to tease you? Unfortunately though, there are far too many girls like those you describe, who don't care if a bloke is attached or not, but most men recognise them and give them a wide berth. Still doesn't hurt to tart yourself up a bit though :rotfl: ...

...Have finally managed to get round to start dealing with stuff that was put on the backburner these past few weeks/months. Made a bit of money on Friday by using MSE; after all this while since I joined but at least I've finally got round to actually doing something rather than just talking about it:o . It's small steps as I'm still very apprehensive about something, but at least it's in the right direction and it's whet my appetite for more :D...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

oh yea missyg, how did you win something so fab? Id LOVE to go skiing. Think of the leg workout that would bring!

BB: You will certaintly get a discount! Im tempted to go to the all you can eat restaurant too. Love a bit of that :p Thinking of leaving the pier untill sunday on our last day. Fingers crossed the weather holds up.

Victory: hope it went ok on friday. I think i must have missed a post since then.

Pet: I think i should dedicate a week to sort the financhial stuff out using MSE. My boyfriend always sighs when i mention it but hes a man and isnt very money minded. I love making a bit of money for free!
  • Bails, BB I do that food thing too. I think it’s that I cut back because I don’t want oh to see me bingeing, and him being away is a 'chance' – it’s kinda like at the beginning of the relationship when you suck your tummy in and stick your chest out all the time, but as time goes by you relax a bit and don't do it all. So there is hope that we'll stop doing it!

Vix, you should wear sexy undies whenver you want – my oh is the same, he doesn’t really care about the packaging. obviously make sure you're wearing something that it can’t be seen through, but it gives you such a buzz knowing you’re wearing it that he'll probably get the benefit anyway!

Looking good bindi . . .well done for sticking with it.

Thanks pet. He does tease me a bit but when he tells me about it usually in the context of ‘ sarah invited me back to her tent last night. I asked her if she had any roast potatoes in there and she seemed a bit surprised’. He says that now he’s in his thirties he knows whats really important. His other favourite put down is ‘ I stopped sleeping with 19 yearolds when you were seven.’ I've picked him up from events before now and obviously I go to the kit fair so i do see them. the look of horror on their faces is quite priceless sometimes.

Had a quieter day today but still good. I haven't ordered a dragon yet but I still may. I ended up splurging on some jewellery - one of the traders is a company called deadly glamour and I bought a hair fall off them:

    http://www.decadentmedia-uk.com/deadlyglamour.htm

right hand pics, third one down, only mine has purple feathers. They look excessively complicated but they're actually all one piece and they've got a hair bobble at the top. She does some really cool way out stuff, the hair fall was about as far as Id go. She's erotic jewellery designer of the year and having talked to her for half an hour it's safe to say I've led a very sheltered life. But now I have a dramatic purple hair fall I HAVE to buy a frock to go with it, which means i HAVE to stick to my diet so I bought it for the sake of SW.

btw, Well done Petrichor on making a bit of money – what did you go for?

Good luck today viktory with your appt (I've been in your situation and understand your worry).

Seemed to have such a lot to eat yesterday yet was 0.5pt under my allowance, I did stock up n a lot of veg and consequently have been a bit 'windy':o !

I have a chicken breast, stuffed with l/f garlicky cheese and wrapped in bacon, left over and want to incorporate it into something for tea for us tonight but can't think what - can anybody think of a use for it please??

Hope everyone has a good day and will pop back in later xx

I usually get both of mine in Tesco. Did you check out the sachets of jelly ? THe sugar free stuff only comes in a sachet and not in the traditional cube. The spray oil is called Frylite.

Try Asda too if you can, their selection is usually more varied than MR. T's

  • Woo!

    47-8 what a cracking weekend.
Made a big batch of welsh cakes although the majority of them have been brought into work...nothing baked lasts five seconds here...so at least I won't eat as many but hey...only about 110 class so doesn't break the bank...

quick q re: foodfocus for those that sue it...how generous is their calorie allowance...I typically come in near enough o the limit for losing 2lbs a week...was think of dropping this down by another 300 cals tough as am not seeing any great improvement...

    anyhow...work!
