    Morning everyone! :D

Hope we're all doing fine, ok **GRANNYNISE** first things first, I have decided that I should come off the chart completely. I've supposedly been a maintainer since before Christmas but there isn't a single week where I've managed to maintain! :p I am fine with the "bit on, bit off" method of maintaining myself, that's how it's going to be with me, it's only when it comes to doing the chart that I feel a bit embarrassed to keep posting changes. Hope that's OK.

Anyway, 1.5lb gain this week which is much less of a gain than I deserved after last week :rotfl: No problems as I'm still a few lb under my so-called maintain weight. Back to keeping an eye on what I eat now though!

I am well behind with the posts here so I won't attempt a mammoth catch up but thinking of you today Victory :) Hope all the other regulars are doing OK, Starlight bit worried about you :( Hello to the new people hope you enjoy it here! Congrats to the losers this past week. BB, good luck to Mr BB at the interview :DBails, how did you get on yesterday? Vix, have a fab time in Brighton! Suggs hope things are getting better for you too.

Petrichor/Vix, it was just a prize draw on the internet site of the tourist board. You know the sort, send off for a brochure and we'll enter you in our draw to win a holiday. The type you fill in and just forget about! When the email came through to say I was the winner, I thought it was spam at first from reading the subject line :rotfl:

Missyg dont go!! I guess thats the trouble of been a maintainer, I dont like to post when I lose, let alone when I gain. However I feel I still need to be part of the group as I still have bad and good days. Is it just me or does the sweet tooth kick in with a vengence sometimes? Yesterday for example, bilmey I ate for a week!! Congratulations on the win though :T

Weekend was ok, Had the kids, all 3 of them for the first time this year :) played and lost on Saturday, it was a game we should have won to be honest. Took a kick to my claf, that is bruising really well! Also have a painful shoulder, Thankfully the season finshes soon, and of the 8 remaining games I can only play 5 :T

Fingers crossed for you today Victory. Good Luck MrBB Hope it all goes well. KPC, I tend to be a tart with heart, is that any good?? :) For tart seek Ajax! Mind you if your bloke is anything like me, you shouldnt worry, we dont notice attention like that!

    Thanks Suggs,

Its so good knowing that we can offload on here when dieting gets tough! At the moment I am still all 'guns blazing' for losing weight and I really hope that on Thursday I have a decent weight loss as its my first week - but I never usually lose more than 2-3lbs in my first week - ah, well just need to keep slogging away

I'm desperate to get back to the gym! Before moving down here and pre 'troubles' I was a gym junkie! Used to go 4-5 times a week and was totally hooked - can't wait to have injection and get going again - it will help weight loss too so good all round:D

It never is easy, I have been going two years, my story is on Page one of this tread, if your bored or cant sleep feel free to have a read. When I finally get around to to starting LoseWeight19 I am posting my before and after pics. So if you or your children are of a nervous nature please accept my apologises.

Gym wise I tend to go 4 times a week and play rugby on the saturday. It does feel good to be able to run and I am guessing I am the fittest I have ever been. So much so I am considering joining my rugby on doing the Sport Relief Mile. Some of them are going for the 6miler. Bearing in mind I only started using the threadmill January 3rd, and can manage 1.3 miles. Should I go for the 6 mile? Would anyone sponsor me?? Cheeky I know but looking for some inspiration?

I'm glad that this has cropped up. I haven't altered my sig since early January, partly because of the bad times but mainly because I didn't want to see an increase go against my name :o selfish I thought, but now I know that I'm not alone. My weight has fluctuated weekly missy too, only by small amounts +/- but I think it would be nigh impossible to stay exactly the same week by week. However I want my name to stay on the chart, it really helps me the same as Suggs has said. So I'll alter my signature later when I can think of what/how I want to show, I'm currently 0.2 lb heavier this mornings weigh in, than shown on the last few charts, so no big deal:D .
It's through the help here that is helping me maintain my weight loss :Tand when I see new peeps join us it reminds me that I could so easily end up disappearing from here and then having to rejoin in a years time!!!!...

...I had a really bad bout of sweet tooth the other week which is really unusual for me, I ended up eating 20 Heroes in one sitting :o:o however it made me feel quite vomitec3.gifand I couldn't eat for the rest of the day :rotfl: .

...Off now to earn some more money ;) Got the MSE bug well and truly...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
