FFM, 3lb loss, haha well done, good to see I'm not the only one who can't get to grips with maintaining! :p

Missyg, it's really not that easy to 'maintain'. I've increased my calorie intake steadily but am cautious about not over doing it. I don't want to end up looking like the 'super skinnies' on the Super Skinny v Super Size programme, but also don't want to eat my way back up to where I was.

Good job on the chart again ...thanks

    welcome to the thread 123money.

    Cazzdevil congrats and FFM!

OK looks like I am back on track:D 1.5lb loss for me this week, am shattered! our stand in instructor may be a size 26 but boy does she work us hard! My thighs ache from the squats, my calves ache from the heel raises and my bottom aches from sitting on it too much at work lol!

Am dead chuffed as today I managed to fit into and wear my new size 18 fitness outfit from M&S, so hopefully won't be long before I manage a real pair of trousers in an 18! I was a large 22/24 when I started my diet.

Missyg i usually use a heated skewer for making holes in belts, though OH has nicked the only one that currently fits me as he can't find his and mine is a mans one from M&S because it was £10 cheaper than the cheapest womans one! Somewhere in the bowels of my shed I also have a smal punch that you're supposed to use for making holes:o

    Anyhow, catch you all later

FFM - I've just read my comment back and realised how sarcastic it might have sounded, it was just meant to be light hearted, sorry if it came over wrong. Mx
  • Missyg, I didn't take it as sarcastic at all, I knew you were having a laugh 'cos of your own attempts to maintain. Funny enough, I reread my reply to you and thought it sounded a bit 'starchy' - we're a pair :rotfl:

efrieze yes you had a gain but it can be lost again, you know how to do it, stick with it and it will come off;)

gs at least you enjoyed yours:D

Just had the best evening, went out for a chinese, not a calorie count in sight because it was 'cheer me up evening' so went for it:rotfl: and then onto 'we will rock you' the Queen musical at the dominion theatre, brilliant it was and a fab lift, emailed my mum to ask her what is with the sarky email she sent me but she never replied, put her in a territory of emotion and she lies like a cheap watch making out she never got it:rotfl: :rotfl: I said to H it makes you want to send it 100 times:rotfl: :rotfl:

    welcome 123money

    jillie,jules, excellent, well done.
