I 4th the motion (:rotfl: if there is such a term :rotfl: ) that it should be Suggs, our very own superloser, on the start of the next thread...BTW I'm in the habit of reading things wrong at the mo but...Anyways not trying to ignore you guys, things are mad at work! Soon I am going to have to say no more. Though I will look at starting the new thread this weekend. Any volunteers for the Front Page Spread??? ...
... I hope that you were just referring to your work and not thinking of leaving us Suggs, otherwise we will have to resort to handcuffs on you. I hope your home situation improves
...
...Bbelle I was thinking what lovely helpful posts you'd been making and now realise that the improvement in your own health has shone through to help the rest of us. Thanks ol' chum :T ...
...Starlight Sorry to read that your dark clouds have returned (I swear that some are special boomerang clouds), but to have lost another 1lb whilst all this is happening shows that you are a strong person :T the 10st will come your way, try and stay positive...
...Nessa Welcome to this lovely thread, it was lovely to read your posts and I hope that you soon have some losses to report here...
...In fact it was Nessas posts that's making me own up and confess that despite what we are told to do about our health and stuff, I never, never examine my breastsand the reason is because I'm scared of finding something
. Fortunately, I don't have any family history of this it's more strokes/heart attacks, which is why I try and keep my weight down. Am I the only one here? Now I'm off, not to examine myself, but to bury my head back in the sand
...
...some lovely losses coming this week, should be a good chart tonight :j :j ...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!!
I hope you are all good...just saying hi, haven't been on much this week....I have kinda been indulging in loads of baddies...but I have until saturday to redeem myself...
I think also that Suggs should be on the front page, your lost is so inspirational!!! :j
Trying to read all those pages is hard, and now my mind is totally blank, so well done guys...keep pushing forward, thanks for all being an encouragement, if you are losing-excellent..., i read someone's food diary (can't remember who) but I am really understanding that it is not good to undereat...we should eat and be full - not so full we can't move, but you know what I mean. If you are gaining, don't worry..i was gaining before I lost anything....but make sure you are eating enough...healthy foods, introduce some exercise maybe...etc
Look at me talking like i'm a pro and i've only been here 5 mins..lol.
Anywhoo do all take care, and hugs for friday victory if I forget to tell you later...

Well done Pet!
It's the emails that remind me to do things I should've done but have forgotten, although sometimes I get side-tracked by some new thing that catches my eye and then I still don't do them!
Ah well, it all helps.

xSEALED POT CHALLENGE 6 - MEMBER NUMBER 086 Special Star from Sue :staradmin :T:T0 -
Ok. So I have a dilemma. I was naughty last week (for the first time ever) and the scales went mad and said I had gained almost a stone (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) in a week which i didn't really want to acknowledge. So I didn't post an official weigh-in and tried to get back on track with Day 1 etc. I have managed to reign it in and get back to normal, but you know when you weigh yourself and you think 'that's rubbish because yesterday I weighed x less and so that makes no sense'. So I wasn't going to post my weigh-in results this week again, wanting to undo the damage without having to face it properly. But then I decided that I should draw a line and say that although i think my scales are being hard on me today, I have to post a gain of 4 lbs. I hate the fact that I was slimmer of the week last week and now this but I do believe it is a (partly) false gain and most of it will be off next week. It means my seat on the 3 figure bench has to be temporarily reliquished which saddens me
. I WILL get back down though, I promise you all.
Suggs - I fourth (???) the nomination for your photos but I would like to nominate Brighton Belle in advance for LW20 as she is our latest maintainer...0 -
oh, and welcome back bindiboo.
Can't imaging how you are felling, Victory, but hope is fine on Friday.0 -

towns are being subtly redesigned to get us more active in day to day activities.
Thanks petrichor xx
Efrieze:I second the nomination for your photos but I would like to nominate Brighton Belle in advance for LW20 as she is our latest maintainer...
  Bb rushes to burn all pre weight loss photo's:rotfl:
Well done to braving it out and posting today Efrieze - I nearly didn't post my 1lb gain and then thought don't be so daft! I understand your disappointment - but this is where you are going to learn how to trust yourself long term. Yes, you've had a biggish unexplained gain. But you are proving to yourself that you can have these normal blips and then get back on track. I've no doubt whatsoever you will.
Welcome back bindiboo: goodluck tonight. Stick to the plan and you'll do it - you've already proved you have sticking power last yearI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
