I haven't weighed myself this week as I can feel that I have gained again. I am off on hols in a couple of days to do a bit of recuperating so will leave my weigh in now until 5th March. Can you please put me on next months thread?
The place I am going has an indoor pool so I am going to try going in at least once a day, even if only for 5 minutes or so. I am not sure but it may have a gym too. I would love to come back lighter, will have to wait and see I guess.
Best wishes to you all and see you all next month!!  :wave:business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

so i ordered myself a set of food tables from amazon and shall work it out myself for free now the trial is over and shall see what happens.
if i am really not eating that many calories then i shall have to quit with the soups and salads and find other stuffs to eat.
trouble is i have gotten to like hm soup over the last few weeks.

.......to be honest, I meant with a breadmaker - I'd never make my own dough, far too lazy too. Ours was only 20 quid some years ago so I'd imagaine they are cheaper now - a right old bargain.
Nothing wrong with shop-bought bread for now to dip in ya soup0 -
ajazgeezer back in my student days i made bread by hand. i was always lucky if i got one slice out of it too before other housemates ate it all. but i didnt have to clean up after myself, that was the deal.
how awkward to wash is a bread maker? that might just be my deciding thing..........0 -

.....literally 5 seconds work, the only bit to get 'dirty' is the tray but it's non stick. It is just a case of a wipe out with a damp sponge, and then a towel dry if you want to use it again straight away. As I say, all done in 5 seconds.0 -
ahh thats nice and easy then. right after pilates im going to comet0
