suzy breakfast is a must to get the metabolism going each morning and to avoid the snacking around 11/3/7 each day, the ad reckons that oatsosimple keeps you going for 4 hours and 21 mins, it doesn't me but breakfast, any cereal, a fruit smoothie is better than none.

thanks nessa the lump is taking me to dark places in my mind, worse places than I knew ever existed but on friday I have the appointment and will take it from there, at least that way I will be able to get some sleep which is evading me at present because the fear makes me feel so sick I can't rest:rolleyes:

Victory, I can only say that I do understand, I wish I didn't but I do.

Even though it was 13 years ago, the dark nights are still with me now and then and certain things can still bring me to tears about those times.

I hate to hear of any woman going through that and that is why I try to help.

I was planning my funeral, what would happen to my kids as me and there father had not long before split up and trying to keep down a full time job. It was hell and I know it is for you.

I just hope that you can take a little hope from my story and if I can be of any help in any small way, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks nessa I have already thought about funerals, what are my kids going to do, my H, etc etc the pits I am in and have not had it seen to, I am really pleased for you your oscar has left the building and never returned:D

I m already diabetic and rheumatoid arthritic so keep telling myself that is enough:rotfl: :rotfl: I am praying that it is a lymph gland, a this or that whatever but not my biggest fear, I have googled, I have listened to people, I have read, just need to get to friday, my mind says it will be o.k, but then again I have a lump where a lump is not supposed to be so I am in torment, friday is coming and I so hope more for my kids than me that it is nothing, fingers crossed eh;)

yes suzy my H but strangely I want my mum:rotfl: :rotfl: she lives in Spain we have an impossibly difficult relationship but I feel I am on my knees here and need her but she won't come after the email she just sent me:rotfl: :rotfl: I didn't really want H to go with me incase.... but H has been fantastic:D

Hi Victory it's good that your H has been supportive and good that you will have someone by your side on the day. Hopefully your mum will realise that her email was not very helpful. Is she the sort to apologise?
