Thank you so much BB! Im getting so excited i cant do any work! Trouble is my boyfriend has got the next two days off while im at work, and i know its going to come and hes gunna be asking major questions! I will have to get mum to get to the letters before he does! Really appreciate it bb! You defo deserve those shoes
I went to sainsburys and got footloose the dvd, a feeder album for a fiver and some orchestra doing grease songs for a £1! ha. Im sure it will be good, havent played it yet though.
Any one see Ross Kemp in afghan? Such a good series. It has actually higtened my respect and feelings towards the forces. My boyfriends brother is in the RAF, he is the biggest !!!! ever created: arrogant, big headed, tried to get one over on my boyfriend all the time, he lies and hes a poo. He really lowered my admiration for the forces but now its been restored a bit. I also blame him for the favouritism that lead to my boyfriend being thrown out. Although i also smile alot when i found out that it took his brother 5 years to get to the pay that matt is on now (and hes not even been a pcso for a year yet!) Doesnt make sense though, his brother is out in a war zone protecting a raf base and matt travells on his bike all day for the same money.
anyway, sorry ive rambled again.
Im going to have soup for lunch, been letting myself go a bit lately and exercise is down. Hoping the rents will go out today so i can get a bit of exercise in. Or i will go for that walk i would said i would do yesterday!0 -
Hi everyone, well I weighed in this morning and I'd like to report a loss of 3lbs :j so I'm down from 12 stone 4 to 12 stone 1.
The scales may be telling porkies since it was early morning (and they give different readings depending on which part of the bathroom floor I put them...), but nontheless I'm happy. I'll be even happier when they say 11 stone somethingso who knows... 2 weeks time...

Yeah, we took him to the vets this morning, no chip sadly. I guess at least he died quickly.
im probbaly simply being too impatient but i want the numbers to prove im shrinking lolTry to measure at the same time at regular intervals to give you the best idea of what's happening, and remember that water retention (TOTM etc) can affect things. Your weight increase and then STS sounds right, the loss will come soon (unless you don't need to lose weight and then you'll just tone up). Please make sure you build in some rest days to your plan, your body needs to recover in order to change.
katiepoppycat wrote: »really p'd off. 0.6kg gain this week. I have stuck like glue to sw too and been really good. Ah well, I'll keep at it and see if i get the result next week. Not sleeping very well either at the mo. KPC, well done for remaining so determined. Don't underestimate how your sleeping patterns can affect your weight - lack of sleep is known to be one of the biggest impacters on WL. Keep going and I really hope you see a result next week, you deserve it.
Bails, I am quite admiring of the fact that you are avoiding meat despite liking it. Is it the animal welfare thing that has got you going off it? I've been slowly converting for a year or two now due to OH being veggie; more recently I've actively decided to 'turn' so to speak, although I haven't seen any of the programmes. I guess it's that everything has a right to life.
Purplecatlover you are doing a lot of exercise and building some really good lean muscle. Rely on your tape measure and your clothes as the scales might not ever change - when I was kickboxing intensively 4x a week I gained a stone but dropped two dress sizes. This is good advice
WL is still on a back burner so NO WI FOR ME GRANNYNISE. At the moment, I think I'll start weighing again in March, we'll see.
Have a fab day everyone, BB get those red shoes onand good luck for all the WIs to come xx
ps I have some people I need to PM - please bear with me and I'll be with you asap x
Well done to Cazzdevil and FFM (are you maintaining now FFM?), great work!

kat lack of sleep, stress, etc plays a huge part on metabolism/weight loss, hormones, so try to eliminate those and I am sure your WL will return to normal xx
Decided to stay in today, H at work and kids at nan's and the silence is bliss, just the slow purr of the washing machine (gone mad on the house-work!) the tele in the background and it is really lovely, bliss.
Tomorrow we are going out to the harvester, spit roast chicken and salad from the paper token for £4.99 a person, H says the spit roast chicken sound fowl:rotfl: :rotfl: but he is willing to give it a go as the salad is lovely and for a £5 why not?
H took me out to lunch yesterday, I just wanted subway, my fav turkey breast £1.99 sub of the day so that is what we did and I know the calories in it and the points so we were all happy, lots of talking without interruptions, I love my kids but highly recommend a week without them:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi everyone - some good weight losses this week - well done you guys!
I have to report a maintain this week. Must admit to being a little disappointed but I know I have been good so expect a good loss next week instead. I guess since I lost 4 lbs for the last 2 weeks my body is going into panic mode and starting to conserve calories. (thats my theory and I'm sticking to it folks:p) Also I have had a dreadful cough (thank god for tena!:o ) for the last couple of weeks and have had no walkies at all!
Thanks again for the support.
Love

Morning All
Me again, sorry my posts are few and far between at the moment, work is mad, round of redundancy's just been announced, I think I am on the clear this time. Heading to Middlesborough tomorrow for a meeting, so up at 5.30am  Should be home by 7pm
Well done to you losers, Cazz, keep things the same that will help. Same scales on the same place at the same time, same clothes (or not) then at least you will have a good baseline to work from. Glad all things going well Victory and well done on the STS, as well as you Dellybelly Nice house dellyKPC keep with it, you know it makes sense, sometimes you do all the right things and still the wrong result?? Logic unfortunately dives out of the window at times. Some nice 3lb losses been noted by FunkyFunkyMonkey well done you. Anic and Missyg nice losses also.
Missyg, following your lead I am putting my old rugby shirts on ebay. Only 4 at the moment, nothing special, but lets see, I guess my Ben Sherman shirt should go on there as well?? Great results on your ebaying, what else did you sell?
Rugby was hard at the weekend, played the league leaders who were undefeated all season, Keep them close till half time, 10-7 down, but lost in the end 29-7. It was a hard game physically. I ached all over.
Anyways not trying to ignore you guys, things are mad at work! Soon I am going to have to say no more. Though I will look at starting the new thread this weekend. Any volunteers for the Front Page Spread???
