I might go for that walk. Where would i go to? ha. There is this field up the road, but i might get murdered or something. Theres the river stour down the road, but again thats quiet and i might get drowned there by someone. Then theres the field, thats boring.

im having a day off of make up and stuff too. Havent got anything on my face apart from my anti wrinkle moisturiser. I havent straightened my hair either. I look awful :p

im having a real cant be bothered day today :/

victory - good to see you have an appointment quickly. Quicker it will be over.

Just clicked onto my emails (as if I have not got enough to worry about!) and there is one from my mother and it says 'Oh, I see MIL visit did not get cancelled like mine did incase I was 'bored' never invite me again,I will never forget how you treated me, I will always say no to coming from now on:eek: what is that about? What is she talking about? the one time she was coming no one could pick her up so it got shelved for another time but obviously not the way she sees it:rolleyes:

    Flaming Nora poor you

I secretly laugh when my mother leaves sarky messages (like 'I am still in the land of the living..'), this is how NOT to foster a loving relationship with your child....

A big well done to all those with weight losses!!!!! Keep it up!

Victory - I'm sorry your mum sent that email to you. Probably written in haste and the trouble with emails, it's easy to press send then regret it later! Which I'm sure she will! I do hope all goes well with your visit about the lump. xx

sts - granny v. disappointed there was no weight loss as I've been on exercise bike for 20 mins each evening (apart from the day I blitzed my teenage sons bedroom for four hours). Also, have stuck to diet most of the time apart from Valentine's Day when I had about 100g choccie and about 4 biscuits.

    Yesterday I had for instance

    No brekkie

lunch: tuna salad, fresh fruit salad

tea: 3 ww toast and baked beans
3 slices tinned pineapple and a little tip top milk

and that was it! I'm 9.12 and 5' 2" so I would like to get to 9 stone.

    Is this normal?

Hi Victory I hope you dont' mind me intruding, I was just looking through the new posts and as I have just joined SW thought I would have a look at this one.

Anyway, sorry again, but I noticed your problem with the lump.

Just wanted to say that I was where you are now, 13 years ago, I called my lump Oscar (I have no idea why ??? ) anyway.

I don;t know how old you are but I was 38 when my visitor came along, anyway, fortunately, I found him early, he was cancerous BUT very early stages, practically pre-cancerous actually, so with a lumpectomy and 5 week radiotherapy, he was gone and I am very pleased to say that he has never darkened my door again.

Now I have not come on here to scare you, rather to give you encouragement that even if you hear the dreaded word, you may have some hard work in front of you for a little while but it can be beaten.

As I said, I do hope you dont' mind me intruding and I wish you the very best of luck.

I will save this thread so I can see how you are getting on.
