Check out all these losses! Totally amazing. Well done guys. :)

Ive finally booked a hotel in brighton. I shall hopefully sleeping benethe a picture of audrey hepburn if im lucky! Either that or humphrey bogart!

Weight loss is as per usual, but tomorrow i get my wednesday workout so im hopeful, i think the toning ive been doing has worked (although when i went to sit down at lunch my trousers broke! ha although they dont feel as tight as they did unless ive stretched them ALOT!)

Ladies.. when does the broody feeling stop? Ive been solid broody now for a year and a half, its getting very annoying. If i read a paper, watch a show and its got pregnant women/ babies in it i HAVE to watch it/read it. Even when a pregnant lady comes into work im all oooooooh. Today i read edith bowmen was pregnant and i had to read the whole thing ha. Im only 22 this year and i havent finished studies, i cant imagine feeling this broody for another 5 or 10 years!!!!

Anyway, im looking forward to valentines day! Not that im doing anything for it :( but i wanna open my card. Mr boyfriend still doesnt know about brighton so that will be good.
  • Well done to everyone whos lost this week :)

Well the little storm clouds are starting to lift - at last, thanks for the lovely PMs Ive recd much appreciated

I lost 1lb this week, which Im quite delighted with. I was out on Thurs night which involved dinner at a country club, a trip to the theatre (and the theatre bar) then a late supper of nice fingery party type food, wine and Bollinger - not a night for counting points lol

  • Hi Grannynise

Could you put me down for a 1lb gain please? I was on a course for 3 days last week and it would have been rude to not eat the food :rotfl:

Only a 1 day course this week, so hopefully should be back to maintaining.

  • Delly -that's a better than hoped for result for in laws and well deserved. Fortunately my OH's mother isn't nearly as bad as bails's and I tend to collect her barbed comments to share with friends later for entertaining shock value. I'm never going to 'enjoy' her company but I can bare it. Yes it is always about the other person and their stuff, but it helps if you have others around you who can confirm that, particularly your OH. (By the way, my hall needs decorating... Fancy a holiday in Brighton:D )
    .

Thank you brighton belle I believe I'll have to reluctantly refuse your kind offer, not because I wouldn't like to meet you or have a holiday in Brighton, but more because I'm not too sure that my decorator would be too keen on a trip to Brighton.

Thanks Petrichor and also Missyg - I'm having quite a relaxed week this week already although it's enforced as OH is on nights and I have no car and no intention of doing housework solo...:D

It's funny delly, but I feel really gutted myself to be leaving the main chart - how daft is that! I wanna come back I wanna come back. (No disrepect to the lovely peeps in the maintainers).
Fabulous loss delly - with all the carp you've had to eat I'm glad you've ended with a decent result - all that scrubbing is obviously the way to go. And result with the gifts! I was expecting a pictur of a battered sombraro and a 3 legged straw donkey.
When I got a spare bedroom, (er when I'm a world famous best selling novelist and don't need a lodger, so don't hold your breathe) you can come for a non working holiday in Brighton then!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
