Well done all you losers
Not been on for 3 weeks as moved house and couldn't find the scales let alone an inch of floor not covered with a box to put them on. But pleased to report a 3lb loss in that time :j
Think it has been all the hard work plus a change in routine as there have been several take away nights while we ripped out the cooker etc.
Hope its a sign of good things to come weight wise in my new abode!!
Have a good day everyone:DLooking for the sunshine after the rain

Hi guys well done to everyone who has lost, and if you haven't, don't give up!!
I have lost 4lb this week...I am really happy as it doesn't even feel as though I have been on a diet, I have had wine, and ice cream...committing to losng 5lb a month is such a good idea, it really takes the pressure off and stops you feeling miserable!I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

hmm, will have to give the scanbrans a go then! Starlight sounds like you had a fab night out, how lovely!
We had our Valentine's diner last night - I'm working thurs night and we wanted to go and see national treasure tonight. Found a very interesting recipe that kinda works for SW if you aren't a pair of greedy so and sos like us. So I shall post it on the recipes board - beef fillet with crunchy oat crust and creamy sauce. Some syns but worth it!0 -
Gloomgurlie, the weetabix cake does indeed come out a bit like malt loaf but tastes better than malt loaf. I say make one and send us all a bit
My expected gain turned up - 2 lbs on for me please grannynise x0 -
Well I'm off to the cinema tonight with the boyfriend so we're going for something to eat before hand, now then, what can I have which won't be too sinful?...
I've started filling in a food diary on www.foodfocus.co.uk to keep track of my eating habits. I'm hoping I can stick with it, at least just until I get properly into the swing of it and my habits have actually changed.0 -

Welcome to the maintainers club Brighton Belle :j
Anyway, time to talk about me, We won at rugby on Saturday the opposition cancelled, so we got the points, then found a friendly which we won 19-3. I had the kids at the weekend, and things seem a little betterNot all the way there, but hopeful. I have started to reduce the time on CV to 36 minutes and added weight training for the two days so far, however, my weight is creeping up. The normal 'gain after rugby delayed itself for a day and today it it rose another lb. Now I know I shouldn't worry, but trust me I am. Im not exactley blasting the weights machine, but doing chest press, shoulder press, bicep and tricep curl and Standing row. I was aiming for a CV only day today and then back to cv and weights tomorrow. On a lighter note, I bought a new pair of jeans yesterday, size 36 :T Thats a first since college 23 years ago and when you thinking my 'light blub moment' was when I bought a pair of size 50 jeans I think I know how far I have come in the last two years. Speaking of which I saw my dietician yesterday, she is really pleased with me, she also understands my worries and concerns, so although I am still maintaining, I will still her every three months to keep things ticking along.
