Well done Anic, looks like you're making fantastic progress from your signature
I went for a nice walk during my lunch hour, clocked up about 3 miles in the 45 minutes I was walking (had to leave some time to actually eat my lunch) and the weather up here is glorious so I really enjoyed it! Might try and make it a regular thing.0 -

Just bought the sunbites crisps advertised on the tele, bit high in sugar and salt for that matter but will give them a go and the snack a jacks, mine says 123 calories per bag, could not find the ones they ad on the tele that say 50 calories? and plenty of my fav ryvita cheese and chive, looked loads at the baked not fried crisps, walkers do them to and lots of other ones but got confused and did not work out which one was the best as in lower fat/sugars/salt etc, any one know?

I've been enjoying it, and feeling alot happier & more positive. Bit early to see if there's any physical effects yet
Had a boring pants day in work, very quiet do to half term, going to take poochie out for a walk later and pretty much mooch around the house for the rest of the day.

Granny - -1lb for me this week
Thats last weeks gain cleared! Am planning on being reasonably angelic this week, as I'm off to Berlin on Monday (WOO!), and will no doubt eat a whole load of rubbish while I'm thereBut yeah, I'll be weighing next on Sunday, so I'd like to be able to knock another lb off between now and then (its 5 full days, should be perfectly capable of doing that lol), and then it'll be damage control when I get back... lol.
My laptop has officially died now I think - I can kick it into life for 10 minutes here and there, but it constantly freezes and over heats nowI'm dropping it off at the repair place on Friday afternoon, he's going to look at it while I'm away next week, under strict instructions not to repair ANYTHING without phoning my mum first - she knows what I can spend, and I don't want to spend a fortune repairing it if it's not going to be worth it. Ho hum. Just means I'll have to look like I'm working and keep appearing in the uni library lol
Good luck for WI's!x

Absolutely delighted to report another 4 lb weight loss this week ! I was slimmer of the week also and got a nice big bag of fruit.:j :j
I have lost 4 lbs for the last 2 weeks now and I think it is because of two things - I stopped having green days (I can eat a LOT of pasta), and I am having 5 scan brans a day. Two with breakfast and another three at 5pm. This fills me up and quite often I don't want my evening meal untill 8pm!
I eat my scan bran with quark mixed with fresh berries (whichever ones are reduced in the evening at Tesco). I pile it on and it really does taste nice and fills me up nicely! (not to mention the "ahem" very large fringe benefits every morning:o )
Love to all and well done to all you lucky losers this week and keep sticking to it for the others who have stuggled!

Sorry to have disappeared again folks- computer back on blink for last 10 days or so. Hoping to win new one but probably would miss the email telling me I had if I did, due to the thing never letting me on in the first place.
Anyway, weight currently down further 2lb since last weighing in here (over 2 weeks ago)
Hope everyone doing well - will go read as many as I can now
Love Katyk0 -

lol retiredlady! i may have to give that a go! Scanbrans are the ones you get in health food shops aren't they?
Sorry to hear you're a bit offbeam Pet - do tell us about the handbag though.
Been matching up my receipts to the bank transactions from my hols. Sheesh. Next time someone offers me a free holiday, gag me before I can say yes. Not seeing much of OH since we got back - he's running a big LRP kit fair in a couple of weeks so he is glued to his computer and mobile. I get to go and greet people on the door and take the money which is kinda fun, even though I'm not allowed to then go and spend it on fabrics and shiny things. pout. We're going to use our tesco clubcard points for a trip to Alnwick castle later in the year as the reward for the work for this!0 -

Scan brans are sold at Holland & Barrat health shops for around £1.05 for a packet of 8, or you can buy them at most slimming world classes for 89p - although they havn't had them at my class for a while as they are out of stock. - maybe its because I eat so many!!
You can also order them by the case from the scan bran website (by the case). There are some good recipes on there as well for those of us who are a little adventurous in the cooking department. I must say the scan bran sweet potatoe pie sounds pretty good!
