    Morning all

Well, wet and windy again today, will Spring never come :o

Dancing on Ice was good, won't say who went out and spoil it for Catowen, but I felt so sorry for Aggie, but have to admire her courage, I've only been ice skating once and spent 10 minutes hanging onto the rail, then gave up and went to sit in the bar :D

Work today, so taken a chilli out of the freezer for later.

    morning all,

Well the weekends fly past don't they ? we went for a LONG walk yesterday realy enjoyed being out in the fresh air, it is one of my favourite things to do, good job OH enjoys it as much, seven deer jumped the fence about 10ft in front of us, and galloped away over the field, they are lovely animals, little dog spent the evening asleep in her bed. Came home and had pork chops roasties and veg for tea then a bath and larkrise to candleford (great) then the Louis Theroux prison thing which was really interesting, but quite disturbing, will not ruin it for you kathy, but one man was serving 521 years, and then 11 life sentences  , seemed perfectly happy and settled  .

OH and DD at work and school, so will have a good tidy, and need to do an online shop, got a man coming to look at the front door today, as the lock has broken, still under gaurantee ;)

OH and I have liver and bacon for tea, DD has sausages, will serve with mash, fried onion, leeks, cabbage, and maybe brocoli.

    Have good days all x

N9eav hope you feel better soon xx Have you got man flu :D

    Morning All

Hope you feel better soon N9eav

Lots on my to do list today starting with loads of phone calls once its 9. Have a business meeting at lunchtime and also need to pop out to a bank & get a couple of bits of shopping.

Will be spending most of the day in my office but tonight want to do the small amount of ironing. Need OH to get suitcases out soon and DD & myself need to try on our summer stuff to see what fits and so can be packed. She has grown taller since summer and now has hips I on the other hand think I have grown outwards!

Ham and chicken salad for tea.

N9EAV - hope you get better soon. It's a horrible cold - I had it all over Christmas. Drink hot lemon and honey and don't try and do too much too soon.

REDRUBY - I'll try and watch Louis Theroux tonight. As far as sentences go, I wish we were tougher over here. You can literally get away with murder in Britain these days. There have been lots of murders here where 521 year would not be long enough for a prison term.

Well, I've had my shower and cleaned the loo and bathroom upstairs. First wash of the day is on and the ironing pile (5 items - yesterday it was six and I made myself do it!) sorted out. I shall do that in a mo. So far, this is a New Year's resolution that I have kept up - mind you we're not half way through January yet!

Well, I must go and do some more chores.

    See you all later.

  • Mornin all.

Didn't sleep too well last night, my foot seems to be sore more of the time, does that sound right?? Well, off to the consultant tomorrow so no point in going to the GP.

My legs also fall asleep when I lie on my back, and that is one reason I dont' sleep too well. (From my bad back, been like that for 12 years..........)

Going to do a root veggie hotpot, from hte rivernene site, for dinner. have done it before and it was good.

Hope you all have a good day!

Morning - had 3 hours sleep, back to work today, would pay £100 to be able to just go back to bed.
