'Beautiful cards Csarina. I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling them'....

Just now I have no plans to sell them, I am working on cards for friends this year. Once I sort out designs that work well, I will cost them up, on rough workings just now I think they will work out at around £2.00. The card blanks are quite expensive, you then have to add in the cost of the design and the thread and fabric, time it takes to work, which can be as long as an hour, envelopes and the cellophane envelopes to put them in for sale. I buy the blanks from a company so there is the postage as well to take into accoun t.They are not going to be cheap. I am thinking maybe of specialising in personalised wedding cards and ring pillows................time will tell I guess.

OH is watching some gory programme on TV, so I am nipping off to read in bed..............

    Sleep well, see ya tomorrow.....................

    Csarina, those cards are wonderful.

My cunning plan for a quiet evening at work failed. I had taken my knitting, it never even got looked at.
Miss Twit has got some sort of mock gcse tomorrow.
Think I'd better have an earlier night than usual.

Elona, I am sorry to read that your house hasn't sold yet, but it will with spring coming, I think people decide to move after Christmas. I was on the A64 Tadcaster McDonalds at the weekend, what happened to the Little Chef, its close down?

York is a fab city and you are sure to find a buyer soon.Fingers crossed.

Well I have achieved....nothing today, will try again tomorrow, man came out to sofa today so we haven't been able to sit down tonight, nothing on the TV anyway...and they have a cheek of requesting £140.50 for a new TV license if you pay by DD..S*d that, I'll pay it in full at the end of the month when the old one expires...any one know of any codes I could use to reduce it some what:rotfl:

Odds and sods....I hope that's not as painful as I think it would be.
