thank you for all the kind mentions :)

I want to mention other people in return but my woolly head won't let me retain the information long enough! So, please accept my good wishes to everyone who would like them, or feels the need for some sympathy. I'll be glad when January and February are over, we can look forward to Spring then.

    Night all.

Good vibes sent to rach, sleepy good ones (pleased to see your light is off)

Michelle (squishy hugs) try to take it a bit easier this weekend, please, look after your back!!!

Pollybear I double triple etc agree with the roll on spring time, all the birthdays etc out of the way, the 'blip' we all get into after Christmas is then over. Of course can pause for Rach's wedding :) but I really can't wait for spring time.

I know that bill is huge, just annoys me so much that I could have paid £212 for it if I was with a different supplier. That's just me working it out with the figures I have, hoping it's slightly less, definately don't want it to be any more!!! Well I think I now have notes of everything that needs paying for. Must add to the list trawl through February bills, see when I can pay what, shuffle time!
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Morning All

Just caught up with thread - sorry to hear so many people are feeling miserable - hugs to all!

Went to my parents' house for tea straight from work so did nothing yesterday.

Promised to take the kids to choose a small toy or something for passing their swimming test today so need to go shopping other than that it's a day of sorting the house out I think. DH wants to sort the conservatory out - I keep going in to do it but it's freezing in there so I come back out again!

Hope everyone has a better day today

  • I was completely knackered last night so had an early night, so lots for me to do this weekend. My new bedbase should arrive within the next hour, so finally after 3 months of sleeping on a matress on the floor I will actually have a bed to sleep on :)

Manic Monday- Kitchen and Dining Room

    Clean floors
Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Vacuum floors and sofas
Wednesday - Master Bedrooms and Landings
Strip bed linen and wash, replace with clean linen
    - will do when new bedbase arrives on sat
    Check fire alarms are working
    Vacuum floors in these areas
Vacuum mattress - will do when new bedbase arrives on sat
Extra mission tasks, as always if you fancy an extra challenge try one or more of these
    • Check through a drawer, throw out what should have gone ages ago and organise that drawer
    • Clean out that vacuum cleaner, make sure it's not clogged up with hair/fluff. Clean the filers if they are washable (after you have vacuumed and allow to dry completely before replacing!!!
    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)
Finally Friday - those terrible kids rooms and spare rooms
Vacuum Floor (even if it's just where you can see)
Dusting and cobweb checking inc the high reach places if safe to do so
Put anything back in it's place that isn't where it should be - if this task is huge just spend 10 minutes on it
    Extra Mission Task Choices
    • Time for the Friday Flylady Fling, aim for 27, if you can't find that many, well done, you are obviously making a difference
    • Spend 10 minutes making any important calls or doing paperwork filing
FRIDAY EXTRA - Don't forget your ME time this weekend, even if it's just a nice relaxing bath or catching up with an old friend, go on you deserve it!!

Weekend Lovely List - for those mad enough to want to do more! You can pick one of these if you like.

    1. Level 3 any one room you didn't manage to level 3 during the week
    2. Dust the door frames, yep the top, are yours as icky as mine? (as long as it's safe to do so, no bumps on ladders please!!!)
    3. Thorough clean on the pans or oven trays, try and get those marks/icky bits off you have been ignoring/hoping will go away themselves
    4. Check through freezers and fridge, see if you can plan some meals for the week using what you have in
    5. HHE - maybe some want to try Pigpen's Half Hour Exercise this weekend, thought I would include it here just incase
    6. Spend 15 minutes tackling one cupboard/storage area/dumping ground you've been avoiding
    7. Move one piece of furniture or appliance that hasn't been moved for months and clean behind it (another one not for pregnant ladies or anyone who would hurt themselves doing so, maybe delegate that one instead)
    8. Do one DIY job this weekend you wanted to get done! Fixing something? Decorating? Making something?
    Plus:
List some more stuff on freecycle
    Washing
    Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR

    Morning all

Rach you have another full day ahead of you

Not got much planned for the weekend. OH is at football with DS3. He is taking him swimming later and then to my Mum's for a sleepover so won't see much of either of them.

Big too actually being very pleasant - they want me to make panacakes!

Plan to finish my list and start my ebay listing, put bits in the loft. OH will help me with the ebay stuff if I make a start so that is good. Not really in the mood for kids rooms and I have so much washing that the 2 of the beds can wait until tomorrow.

    Have a good weekend flyladies

    Morning all :)

Let's see, I need to write myself a list to motivate myself a little this w/e:

    [STRIKE] Empty DW
    Refill DW[/STRIKE]
    Put non-ironing away
    Do ironing
    Put ironed clothes away
[STRIKE] Take the recycling to the banks
Make pastry for quiche and pie
    Take DD to dance class
    HHE[/STRIKE] - I found the gym :j
Start making some washable wipes for friend's impending baby
    Make 2 cushion covers
    Clean shoes
Sort out one of my clothes cupboards (scary!)
Read pile of magazines which I've been attempting to do for months, at least one of them anyway!!!

That'll do for today ...... have a good day everyone, I'm kinda guessing it may be quiet on here today, for us I'll be in and around, as DH is currently confined to bed with a spasmed neck.
