Evening all, I'm back from the cinema. Loved the film, gory enough for me
I stuck a potato in the oven, took the dog out, got back, WM on, ate my jacket pot with beans, now sat watching QI.
Just remembered I've left the sack of dog food in the boot of the car! I'll have to nip out in the morning or doggy won't get her breakfast!
Raphael Can I just ask where you got your Terramundi from? and do you just smash it when it's full? Ta chuck x
My brother bought it for me for my birthday (after telling me he'd get me one for xmas, then telling me he couldn't. Teasing !!!!!!!)
There is a website with loads on, although you might find cheaper ones on eBay. When they are full you are supposed to smash them while making a wish. With the money inside you have to buy a new terramundi, then spend the rest how you want.
Aparently you can lever the top off with a screwdriver thru the slot, so you can still use the pot, (as a plant pot or something) which is what I'm going to try.

Squishy hugs to all. Well I have ended up spending the last hmm, 2 hours, sorting through how much my final bill will be with Npower. It is for 2 months usage, £492.08 what sickens me the most and I can do nothing about is that if I was with Southern Electric (who I have just switched to) for this time, it would have been £212.24. Still it's higher than I would like, I've paid 2 DDs of £85 (£15 more than they recommended me to start on) have £150 put away, so fiddle knows where the other £150 will come from, will have to rework all of next months spending! Grrr, they are just going to have to wait for it, if their prices weren't so flippin' high in my area it would've been covered with that.
I can't wait until it's switched. That is such a HUGE difference in prices. Oh and BT still haven't got the bill right. Definately not our month for financial stuff, nothing going right at all, lets just hope after January it's plain sailing!!!
Pigpen squishy hugs about the nail, does that mean bad typing until repair ? Oh bother. I don't know how you cope with them, once mine are past the end of my finger they have to go!
Tia, I agree with Pigpen!
Kaz I think I would have just hit panic, what a silly pup :rotfl: they don't know how much trouble they can cause. My son phoned my Dad once at 4am which made him worry because he wanted to know what was wrong. DS was being a little tike and wouldn't go back into bed so I told him off, he said 'I'm calling Dad' well he did, but it my phone Dad is my Dad. I didn't think it'd rang so I switched it off, well my Dad was trying to call until 8am when I switched it back on thinking was something wrong
Housework :rotfl: don't be silly I'm too busy sorting the financial mess out, but will do the dishwasher etc in a mo, honestOne day I might be more organised...........

Thanks pigpen! It was the 1st anni of us losing my cousin yesterday and then that today so me and DH are just relieved its all over. Believe me the undertaker had a very, very quiet, sern word from me, he didn't even know the name of the chap whos funeral it was - 'disgusting and disrespectful' was what he got along with 'the look'. Thanks for hug, we are just chilling with a glass of wine.
Hugs for you tracy how awful that he didn't even know the poor chaps name. I should be writing to complain and about that and the mix up over the location and asking for a reduction in the final bill, they are costly enough in the first place and you are asking them to provide a service which they clearly have not done to an acceptable standard.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

Belated one from me - feeling very grotty - my throat is full of razor blades and my back is killing, it is the weekend however so i will be able to get some much needed stuff done off the main list - mainly school stuff for me this weekend i think, although DH needs to sort out the loft so that charlie's room won't become full of mould again, and i will also need to do some major washing catch up particularly of my stuff as i have only washed 2 of my jumpers in a fortnight. Oh well - i will survive blad-de-blah
Just completed an hour of ironing and some sorting in the back room, and only came down again for some water, bed is calling.
