Oh well it makes sense really. But thanks for taking the trouble to post that for me - just found it (trying to catch up on the thread, should be Flying really!)
Dustykitten you know what it is to be lost among the fairies teeth eh? One of my two has more worn teeth than the other so it's easier to sort through them. His are like little flat things whereas hers had more substance to them - plus he hasn't lost any molars yet!

Do things sell as well when the cheap listings are on or is there so much stuff on there that things get lost? The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Depending on what you are listing it can get lost on the flood of things. But if it is anything slightly different than the regular stuff it might get more views merely because more people are brought onto the site.
I don't tend to worry too much about cheap listing days as a lot of the time I list my [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] treasures within the first price band anyway. Plus shop items are almost never included on cheap listing days. I know there are people that deliberately avoid listing around cheap days.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

We always have takeaway for tea on Saturday too - OH's treat!!
Off to B & Q soon though to look for a new kitchen floor - either laminate, tiles or lino?? Any suggestions?
Dusty - the Nigella pancakes are delish - all my lot love them! Even if you don't like pancakes you should try them - do you make the blueberry sauce too? DS loves that!0 -

rach, you must be getting very excited now with less than a week to go, I hope that the weather is good. I got married in Feb and we had a beautiful but grey day and our photos were fantastic.
lil_me, sorry I am a bit slow on catching up with news I just read your post about your elec bill. That is a horrific amount of money, have you had your meter checked. We ended up paying £112 per month and have reduced to £60. We had the meter checked but it was correct. We changed to Scottish Electric, and I had the storage heaters removed.
cha97michelle What a carry on to get your wardrobes, nothing seems to run as smoothly as you plan it.
likklegibbon :grouphug:you really do need hugs today, I hope it alls settles down soon, you must be in torment with the rash and the itching.

I had a sleep in too, until 11am :rotfl: I did need it however, bed at 3am. Got a little annoyed last night as 'idiot with blue car' blocked the drive again, went round and knocked, no answer, so I phone the local police (non emergency) and asked them what to do. He said he'd get someone sent out today, well I pressume they came when I was asleep as he's moved his car and stared at DP when he was outside. So thanks whoever pointed out it was illegal to park in front of a dropped kerb, hopefully now him and his brother will park on their own drive instead of mine. Yes they had an empty drive when they parked on mine but supposedly their Mam doesn't like them parking on it 'incase she wants to use it', so they park on mine instead!
Anyway after my sleep inI've had quite a productive afternoon. Kitchen spotless, utility tidy, sorted one cupboard and a drawer (had to it all fell out) 2 loads of laundry done, DW filled etc but the living room is a bomb site as the kids are in there (I'm hiding in the conservatory
)
With Ebay cheap listing days, I put mine on a 10 day instead of 7 day list usually unless the rules state otherwise.
Aimee, I am soooo jealous, great to hear you are having a lovely time.
LG ((hugs)) hope its all better soon, deleted the have you tried piriton bit, hope your Dad is ok, that sounds awful.
torianut - if you spill a lot of stuff don't get laminate as spills make it go funny. My last house was lino this one is black granite tiles, both equally as slippy when wet, both as easy to clean apart from the gaps in the tiles are annoying.
poohbear I haven't had the meter checked but when the bills come through I will see if they are what I think they will be and possibly get them checked. One day I might be more organised...........
