Yey I have listed 8 items on ebay - I know this is nothing compared with what some of you acheive but for me it is a great achievement as I did it almost all by myself.

Going to hoik the kids to bed and watch spooks with OH after I have printed the cc statment.

    Evening all!

Decided not to go and look for flooring until tomorrow - thanks for the helpful advice Michelle & lilme.

So I thought I should get off my backside and do at least one HHC!

I hoovered all downstairs and then also did the stairs.
Cleaned up in the kitchen after LO's tea and then got giddy and decided to make Nigellas extremely chocolatey cookies - they are yummy! Although a bit too strong so might try using milk chocolate next time if that would work?

Would love the Jamie muffin recipe Mummy3 please?

Have a good evening - whatever you are all doing!

We'll try to keep the noise down in the morning pigpen ;)

Kitchens done, now I have flopped in my usual style catching up with programmes I recorded during the week.

Police called round earlier, said they'd been and spoke to neighbour who 'seemed suprised' that they called, neighbour apologised, said wouldn't happen again. Like I said to the police man I was sick of trying to get an answer at the door all the time and one time over Christmas my car was stuck for almost 48 hours, they didn't answer the door. Then tonight his numb head brother has parked his car there instead!! Argh!!! It's now blocking one of my cars in and stopping DP getting on the drive when he gets home from work. He's going to go absolutely crackers.

Right, calm, calm, this is my me time and I won't have it spoilt!!!

    Tomorrows list

Take DP to car track to get engine done, pop to Asda while over that way
    Hour on the boys rooms
Reading with boys, times tables with DS1
Paperwork and bills shuffling for February (still working on it)
Freezer search, rough meal plan & SMALL shopping list to go with it (best do that before Asda)
Dailies inc vacuum through downstairs, S&S kitchen, S&S bathroom, meals (mother coming for dinner)
    2 loads laundry need doing
Put curtians up when Mam arrives with them (I can't sew but thankfully Mam can!!)
Dust door frames (because I know sitting room one is icky!)
Pull washer out, get all the stuff thats fell behind it and clean behind there
Night time stuff - clothes out for morning, pack ups made, school bags packed etc
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

Net curtain whitener might help? I've used it before on undies, wasn't perfect but big improvement. Borax is also good for whitening. Oxy powders/vanish are supposed to be good. Bleach damages elastic so not a good idea anyway. Washing powder residue makes them go grey. At your own risk of course but I bought a white pair of pillow cases, my white bras go in there then in the washing machine on a delicates cycle. I did buy a specific washing machine bag for bras but I seem to have lost it :o

thanks lil, i will give the net curtain whitener ago. i don't want to put it in the WM, it cost to much, being rather large in that department i have to get them from a special shop and they cost around £25-30 each
