Lush are doing a lovely bath ballestic in a heart shaped box for £3.95. It says swalk on the box. (sealed with a loving kiss!)
A lovely smell to! You could spend the night in the bath getting clean together!

.....and you also have a joint bank account.

Write out a cheque for your love for £1000.

(The theory being , if they love you too, you aren't in danger of the cheque being cashed - and it's a romantic gesture!)

(PS Don't put it in the post - this had better be someone you are living with!)
  • Where is this? I tried the search function but couldn't find it. Would love to read thru it, even tho I, my son and my gentleman friend are all living sugar free. My son and I because we are diabetics, and my gentleman friend because he had bigh blood sugar at Christmas.

Or write out a cheque for 1000 kisses, better than 1000 pounds I think :j

    Hi all

This is my first time posting as I have spent the last few months getting to know the site and finding it incredibly useful. So thank you very much.

My Valentines idea is home made items, to keep costs down as OH and I have just moved into a rented house and are finding everything costing so much!! I have found some suggestions on here excellent, especially the chocolate hearts, how simple and easy but effective!! However I would really like to make some lovely valentines cupcakes but can't find a decent recipe. I'm more worrying about the icing and decoration ideas than the actual cupcake mix as this can be made fairly easily. Any ideas??
