Morning everybody. Reporting in with this weeks result....1lb loss.
Not great as I really feel like I've tried this week, but now I'm 12st something instead of 13st something, and that feels good enough.
You're all doing really well, it's great to see what a difference support can make. Genuine support, not a pay your money at the door set up! I appreciate that everybody is there. When your on a di*t you think you're the only one in the world who eats a biscuit or a cake and then feels like cr*p. But it turns out I'm not a monster after all, and being fat doesn't make me horrible either, coz I think everyone on here is just fantastic. Thank you. Why do I always get teary eyed when I post here?? Need and piece of lemon cake that'll calm me down....NOOOOO!!!
Have a great week everybody.
love

The news of our roof needing replacing had its usual effect on me... nope i don't head for the fridge... i sleep....it must be my body trying to shut out the stress -always knew i was wired up wrong :rotfl: -so yesterday i was fighting to stay awake..and to be honest i could probably crawl into a corner and sleep now  ...still when hubby gets home he has some calls to make to see what we can get arranged... once i know what is happening i will be fine again
..... still at least i didn't fill my face....

Hiya,
I've removed the recipe for the patties because it is a full quote of a copyrighted recipe.
The link to the recipe direct is here...

Thanks for the recipe Rockie
and Squeaky for pointing out that site. :)Some lovely things on there.
The Creamy chicken and mushroom fettuccine in the budget section of the recipe collection looks well worth a try, as does the quick fix cheddar and chive bread in the Cheese section. Yum.Very useful.
Had to have a quick change of meal plan today as OH can't face curry, so swapping to HM sausages (), mash, steamed cauli & carrots and onion gravy for dinner.
Will go ahead and make my naans anyway, and iced finger buns, and seedy wml loaf. Best get off here then.

Hello everyone, here I am, Monday morning weigh in
I am sulking as I have put on a pound!!!!! Soooooooooooooooo fed up, I thought I had had a really good week - I was a bit naughty at the weekend but nothing compared to what I would normally eat *grumbling*. I *think* its 'star' week - ah SW still lingers on in me somewhere - so if it is then I dont feel so bad but honestly, I could moan my little face off I could.
*deep breath* Anyway, well done to everyone who has lost this week, good luck to all those who are trying the February challenge and commiserations to anyone who is having a bit of a blip. I'm proud to say I am sat here eating my HM soup and have resisted the urge to comfort eat - which is what I do every other time I am sulking

Aaah! As I said, I don't weigh myself, but this morning I had a good look in the mirror...
In 11 days of my new diet, I've:
- Lost half a dress size (from 14/16 to a straightforward 14)
- Almost completely flattened my tummy - you can actually see my abs in a good light
- Got a nice round bottom! Sounds funny, but it's actually lifted and gone a really nice, firm shape (still lumpy though!)
- Almost lost my "second pair of hips"
I'm so impressed! Can't wait to see what I look like next week :rotfl: I'm also pleased because it's my birthday this weekend and I'll feel much more confident in my party dress
Thanks for your tips on the treacle tart too - I've frozen it down and will serve it up in mini slices at the party (not indulging in it myself, of course).Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
