So todays plan has been/will be this:-
B - Porridge with 1 tsp sugar
L - HM Roll with Tuna & Sweetcorn
T - Chicken & Veggie stirfry (or picnic style tea - littles want picnic)
I have been naughty and had about 10 chocolates out of the roses tin, simply because they are there:o . Not done my HHE as littley has been poorly and demanded lots of cuddles so will aim to do it once they are in bed.
Just popped to somerfield and got a fresh pineapple for £1, a melon and bananas so may throw some of that and some fruit already in the fruit bowl together to make a fruit salad.0 -

Hi all
Well done Rocky for sticking with your dance class, I bet loads of people would be too nervous to go back with being the eldest. Good for you!
I'm food shopping tonight and have been working out my list for first week of weight loss old style! Has taken me ages as I'm not used to thinking about fresh cooking, shopping is usually frozen chips and pies. Am starting simply and hopefully will get better. Have planned old style meals for whole week, hopefully will get on ok and maybe, combined with excercise, will start to lose a few pounds. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Lol Thats not a bowl it's a trough!!
Too scared to weigh mine now
Come on.. dare you!! double dare you!! TRIPLE dare you!!!
chicken bits defrosting.. bread bomb dough mixing.. and potatoes for tonights mash peeled and waiting for me to shift my butt and cook them. I have no peas!! HELP!!! What can I have instead?
I've decided.. I am going to the GP.. and DEMANDING that my stomach muscles are dealt with.. they are seemingly not there.. which means the stitching together I had a few years ago has quite probably come undone and they are floppy and flappy again.. because that's what they were like before.. and I want a tummy tuck doing as well.. I lOATHE the sight of myself nekkid and it isn't just because I am fluffy!!
Is that excessively vain of me? I'll still be fat.. just shrink wrapped!! lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Evening all,
Sorry that we may lose some posters...bit dim to-day so don't get the whole thing, why is it so important if there is a bit of going of theme I don't know, I need all the help and humour I can get, but am not interested in hassle and dispute, so can somebody just tell me when I'm out of line and why in plain English, which I understand very well.
Today I have eaten:
B/L Spanish omelette with hm bread and coffee.
Feeling very stressed so no dinner yet...maybe later
Hope that everyone has had a good day

Evening all. I honestly can't see what all the fuss is about. We don't go off topic a lot and what may seem off topic is usually helping someone in someway so not off topic at all! Right climbing off my soapbox now and making a useful suggestion (IMO and I think its been made before). Since this thread is apparently so hard to read if you're looking for something in particular why don't we just make it easier by doing things like putting the recipes in bold, or in another colour. That way people who just want OS weight loss recipes can scan through looking for that colour/bold without having to read all our 'OT' banter. And I'm sure even the most untechnically minded of us can find the B for bold button!
Anyhoo, apart for a few too many snacks I've been good foodwise the last few days. My arms are sore today from playing Wii boxing for ages yesterday (exception to to computer games make us lazy rule). Managed to drag myself out in the foul weather today, did have to incentive of a free hair cut at the end of it tho (Toni and guy training academy - worth it if you live near one or can get to one cheaply as its still less than the cost of a salon cut). My hair definetley feels lighter so maybe that'll help my weigh in tomorrow :rotfl:
I'm off to have a bowl of coco pops and sew the buttons back on my coat. (Got an interview tomorrow and probably wouldn't make the best impression to turn up with only one button left on my coat  )I'm through accepting limits'Cuz someone says they're soSome things I cannot changeBut till I try, I'll never know!0 -
Alibow, good luck for your interview tomorrow, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
I'm fairly  about how this thread is being victimised, with so much banter on the flying thread for example and good on 'em I say, even though it may make it hard for people to get the real flying OS message!
I think the point has been missed, this thread gets views because it is successful and people come back to read even if they are not brave enough to post. Probably worried about being deleted
Everyone come back don't force this thread into being a sad list of personalityless users listing meals/ recipes etc.
No one has said no banter just a little less- come back posters I need you0 -

Yeah.. well we sneakily make people think they are being supportive yet they get hundreds of pm's if they post too often!! it's all 'behind the scenes stuff'!! GUFFAW.. ok.. well next week I'm in charge and I'm a right stickler for whip cracking over there.. you coming over??
I NEED to snack.. I think I am all PMS-ey and as miserable as persian cat in the rain!
I had a fatsumo.. and I will not give in and scarf crisps or hula hoops or chocolate suggestives or the orange or mint clubs I found in the understair cupboard earlier!!!
I could have a spoonful off cottage cheese?? it is so gross I'd feel sick and not want to eat anything else.....
I not bewwy happy... Hug me!

Oh, bless... I've been ever-so good with my diet, not having any cravings and sticking rigidly to it (except for that half-pint of beer which, considering my fridge is currently full of the stuff, isn't that bad).
I've just been to my volunteer job at the hospital, and my colleague has given me a dairy-free treacle tart!
Now, that's ever-so sweet of her, and I couldn't just turn round and say, "I'm sorry, I'm on a diet", so now what do I do with this tart?
(By the way, treacle tart is my absolute favourite, but I'm strong-willed enough to avoid it - I just don't want to be rude or let it go to waste)Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
badger.. I'd have it for breakfast.. your body has all day to digest it and surely you deserve one little treat.. it is dairy free after all it can't be that bad!!! Failing that.. is there a little old lady up the street you could give it to?? Or a friend?? Or a teacher at school (assuming you have mini people of course.. because I have them everyone must lol)?
Would you all think I was completely mad if I said I am really looking forwrad to my breakfast now I know I have cocopops.. even if I do have 3+times the recommended sparrow serving!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
