someone tell me I am being silly, - I feel like I am going bluddy mental! turning into a bloomin' headcase????
    OK then,
You are being silly, this is a virtual slap on the legs, behave yourself and stop that pesky little demon anticipating defeat and incouraging you to eat!
It's your body your head, banish the demon. Besides wedding dresses may look nicer with a less lardy, pastry, meat and potato filling  but Brides of all shapes and sizes can be veritable Goddess's;)
You've done so well and been an :A so don't let the anyone lead you astray :naughty:

How do I just get on with my life without turning into a bloomin' headcase????

Just a thought, but "turning into a bloomin headcase" implies that you're not one at the moment

    Evening everyone

Just a quick catch up as Im off to work soon.

b porridge with cinnammon and almonds and a banana.

L Pork chop with turnip and carrotts.

Tea time Bacon and mushroom sandwich.

Best dash as I need to pack my bag.

Nix its that little demon we all have. What I do when it appears is try to focus on something else. Its hard but I also try to turn any negative thoughts around into positive ones. In my case it usually involves chocolate. Look at what you have achieved already thats brilliant.

But Frogga everyone knows meat pies and mainly filled with garden slugs, and the lard in the pastry comes from the lyposuction hoovers at the plastic surgeons (it's money saving you see waste not want not ;))

    Evening all,

No posts from me for the past few days as I've been either working or sleeping or going out having fun :D I'm subscribed to this thread so at least I'm getting it straight to my inbox everyday to keep my from falling off the wagon. Had a fairly good foody week though, despite that MASSIVE kebab I had after the club on Friday (but it was so so tasty!), had 3 glasses of wine and a pint of cider as well, then last night I had my teams xmas night out at the dog racing (worst! food! ever!) and had about 5 glasses of wine and cheese and biscuits instead of a sweet. Been good the rest of the time though. Today I've had porridge with raisins and honey, some gorgeous HM 'Red' Soup and a roll, and I'm going have some pasta in cabonara sauce later with some mini garlic bread.

Most importantly, today was weigh in day, t
wo weeks in and I've lost 3lbs meaning I've lost a total of 8lbs in two weeks:j:j:j The 7lbs to Valentines Day challenge is well sorted  I'd like to lose at least 1lb next week to get under the next stone mark. My own personal challenge was to lose 2stone this year, meaning so far I'm more than on the right track.

My recipe for Red Soup - (In case anyones interested or I want to come back to it later)

    3 Red Onions
    4 Medium Potatoes
    3 Tins of copped tomatoes
    6 Tomatoes
1 Red Pepper (two handfuls of frozen peppers)
    Chopped bacon (I used smoked)
    1 pint veg stock
    Seasoning (pepper, paprika, chives, parsley)

Chop onions and potatoes and fry for 10 mins, add everything else. Simmer until potatoes are soft. Whizz. Serve :)

    Hope everyones ok,

    Stacie x
