    Hello everyone.

Not too bad a day foodwise.

B porridge with the usual cinnammon and almonds.

    Snack cherries and grapes.

    Lunch Cottage pie with vegetables.

Snack Two fingered KitKat while doing my meeting and greeting.

Teatime A bought cheese savoury sandwich.

Went out this morning and bought a load of fruit.

    Hi everyone

Another newbie wanting to join in..........if I can?
I only have about 7-10lbs to lose though so I understand if it isn't.

Trouble is, I start every day being 'good' and blow it around 4pm, then eat all evening! It's become a real habit and the only time I could crack it was when I joined WW a couple of years ago. I'm thinking that if I had to do a virtual weigh-in and 'confess' to you guys it might give me the kick I so desperately need.:o
