Hello all
Cheerfulness -I thought of you the other day as there was an electric mincer/sausage maker in the supermarket whoopsed to €30  -if i had known what the postage would have been i would have got it and offered it you or e-bayed it ... Strangely enough it had gone this morning ...
i can spell it but not say it :rotfl: the cevpacici are minced up meat formed into skinless sausage type things (lidl do frozen ones)... they are Greek i believe and taste sort of like kebab, meatballs.... i find them a bit to spicy for me..so i figured mixing them in with the turkey will tame them down a bit and make the minced turkey taste less bland....
So we will be having some with pasta and creamy tomato sauce i think and some im thinking of doing in the oven and then having in HM pittas or tortillas...and HM tzatziki
dinner tonight is salad with tortillas stuffed with leftover chicken, mixed with chopped onion, a bit of mayo and a dollop of english mustard yummmm
I have take the 4 tortillas out of the freezer that i made at the weekend..and left them to defrost on their own -and its like they have just been made :j I find the ready made ones go brittle
definitely worth making if you ask me...the next lot im going to roll out rectangular..well we always rol them so whats the point in circles
Newlywed -"must not eat the figgy biccies, must not eat the figgy biccies" :rotfl: .. i love them...and dead fly biccies . Not a big fan of biscuits on the whole though thank god...
Frogga - i don't think its daft.... if its less temptation, less work etc to get your shop delivered ..then i think you have done the right thing :T-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Someone on another thread was saying what was in Richmond Sausages.... I loved them. Not going to be touching them again now.
I don't think I want to know. I saw Gillian McWhatsit showing exactly what was in sausages and it took me months to go back to eating them
If you want to be put off corn beef - get a cheap tin from Lidl's. There shouldn't be tubes and unidentified pink rubbery stuff in it surely  Still can't buy corn beefworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Hello everyone. Haven't posted for ages but have been reading all the posts and glad to see that so many of you are doing so well - unlike me:o I haven't posted because my eating has been REALLY chaotic and I didn't have anything postive to post but I will try and get myself back on track - it's just really hard as I've been doing the binge/starve thing for so long it is a hard habit to break. Anyway just wanted to say hello and well done to all the losers!Jane

Hi All,
I don't want to make you all feel jealous but it has been gorgeous here today! I spent most of the afternoon lying on the patio with a book soaking up the sun and have just got back from our regular walk on the beach.
I had a bit of a midnight feast last night - well comparatively. I went to bed early with a book and then felt really hungry as I kept on reading till midnight. OH was still up and so brought me some crackers and cheese and a coffee. He cuts the cheese far thicker than I do too - but I didn't send them back. I did only have 2 though.
Today I have felt like nibbling too but haven't been too bad and shall start cooking tea early to stave off the hunger pangs.
Breakfast: muesli, juice etc.
Snack: Banana
Lunch: 3 crackers, cheese and tomatoes. Icecream lolly
Snack: Another cracker and cheese
Tea: Probably pasta with mushrooms, garlic and cream cheese. Orange and yoghurt.
Drinks: Several skimmed milk coffees, 500ml of water, 400ml of very weak apple and blackcurrant squash which I haven't really enjoyed so will stick to water next time.
Hope you all keep up the good work and manage to resist temptation whether it be hot cross buns or creme eggs or your own particular temptation.

Hello.
Is it ok if I join you guys? (i understand if i cant)
I scan the thread in a minute butif someone can give me a super quick run that would be fab.
Please don't judge me on this, i haven't really spoke to anyone about it either but I have had issues with food for a long long time now and I think I need to eat "more better" lol, its got to be better than what am doing now, skipping meals and bearly eating. I think its about time to admit to my self I should be eating a LOT better than I am.
I dont want to say (at least just yet) how much a weigh, but rather how much i (hopefully) loose each week.
I cant afford or simply cant go to the gym (young daughter) so working out in the house.....dancing around like a loony to mtv or the radio for 20 minutes 3-ish times a week, and toning excerises for about 10 minutes at least 3 times a week.!!!
I think that is enough info for just now:o
QP.Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
