Evening folks :hello:
So far so good, just had lentil burgers with SW chips and peas and will save my yoghurt for later.
I might have to have a glass of wine shortly otherwise I might do unspeakable things to OH......................
I got some fruit and carrots on the way home so if I get peckish I'll have carrot/celery sticks with LF mayo or sweet chilli sauce, I will NOT let my anger drive me to the bread bin!!
Newlywed - I'm good at overestimating my strength at the supermarket, I've realised if I get a basket for my shopping instead of a trolley I buy less (and it saves money)
Frogga - you're not on a diet so it's ok! How many would you have eaten if you WERE on a diet????
I'm going to get up early tomorrow and go for a swim before work :j today's exercise has been walking :T
See you tomorrow ladies :A0 -

Hi everyone did ok with my "eat better plan", Although didnt have breakfast, i had a brew a work and at eleven my work collegue sat on me and stuffed a biscuit down my throat (thats a lie lol she didnt, and i ate two but not as bad as usual, i would have ate all the packet).Lunch was last nights chicken curry and rice but it was a tiny portion. and then for tea i had good intensions i just fancied crackers with cheese and tomatoes, so had them, then i had some left over lasagne which i got from Lidl(which by the way was blooming gorgeous).Ds is going to make me a cuppa, so that should be it, so all in all not that good but not a disaster either, and i feel a bit more in control, will try to go to the gym tomorrow.GROCERY CHALLENGE FOR FEBRUARY £260.00

Hello all you lovely losers and tryers !:hello: please forgive not mentioning most people by name but am feeling wiped out atm
For those worried because they they are not losing as much as they'd like as quickly as they'd like - don't worry - we are not in any huge hurry - if it's slow to come off then it won't be going back on again ! Frogga, 4x hot cross buns is probably not as bad for you as a 6 pack of CCE's !
I just feel as though I could sleep and sleep at the moment. That's not helping re exercise, though I did manage to accumulate about 1/2 hours brisk walking in total today. Despite two meals of corned beef sandwiches and one meal of corned beef granary bap I still have only used up 1/4 of a ( small ) tin of corned beef and am getting a bit fed up with it now ! I think from now on rather than have a " standby " tin in the cupboard, I'll just buy loose slices - more expensive but easier to eat up and usually nicer quality than the tinned stuff.
I'm not going to waste it though - Co op had maris piper baking spuds on offer and I bought a bagful, so tomorrow I'm going to cook the lot, take the insides out and mash and restuff - will do half as corned beef hash jackets with onion, and half with cheese and spring onions ( which also need using up ) - will have some for dinner tomorrow and freeze the rest ( yes I managed to free up some freezer space at last ! )
So today was :
Breakfast : 2x small slices wholemeal toast with proper butter
Lunch : granary bap, corned beef, chopped apple, 3x big sticks of celery, pkt Walkers cheese and onion, diet coke.
Had small fruit and nut bar before my nap.
Dinner will be cold roast beef, tinned new pots ( can't be arsed to cook even a nuked jacket spud ! ) cucumber, celery, beetroot and cherry tomatoes. Will have dessert a bit later - Yeo valley yoghurt and blueberries.
Have a good night all" Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams.. "~ November 8th 2008. Now totally DEBT FREE !~0 -
Hi all
Had a very busy weekend and therefore not been on here. Weighed in on friday and had stayed the same - not bad considering that I felt that I had been scoffing too much and eating more than I should be. Mind you I also think it may be close to my TOTM so that may be something to do with my yearning for sweet things and also my weighed staying the same.
Am determined to make a better attempt this weekend as I still have 6lb to lose before Valentine's day and I really want to do this.
Anyway feeling rather shattered this evening so will head of to bed and avoid snacking when I am bored or tired.
Well done to all the losers and good luck to everyone.0 -
Frogga...confession is good for the weight loss....had my lovely healthy breakfast, dinner was later than usual and I had two thin slices hm rye bread with hummous...lovely dinner and then had three rather thick slices of a small fruit cake that came in the hamper I got at Christmas...nothing since, will have some water I think, heading to bed soon as will be getting up at all hours with DGS2 to take him to school by 8.45
