breakfast : 2 satsumas (must buy more!!)
lunch : half packet of pasta n sauce (massive improvement on the whole paacket!) Tiddles had the other half!! and then we both had a packet of hula hoops.. she had juice, I had a cuppa.
Dinner tonight : sausages, new potatoes and veggies

I got weighed this morning, the first time in a month probably.. and despite eating 'better' I have gained almost 7lb.. this isn't good!! so...

At the end of the month I am re-joining the WW online (finances allowing).. I did really well on that before.. and.. I am digging out my favourite exercise DVD.. it is a dance one.. so despite the fact I am an appalling dancer I can actually do this.. and it helps.

    Afternoon all

I am knick knacked...well firstly for my lunch i had the last 2 slices of HM bread -toasted with low fat cream cheese yumyum and an apple.

I have now got 6 flask size portions of chicken and sweetcorn soup cooling (he doesn't have a full flask by the way:D )
a huge couldron of goulsh soup -concotion has just been transfered to the SC to finish..an there is a pan of cream of broccoli soup ticking over on the stove ........ but that little lot should cover 3 weeks worth of flaks for hubby :j ... so my bum has hardly sat down this afternoon... just dinner to sort next -but its chicken salad and potatoes ...so i might just have enough oomph left for that -although i may need spoon feeding :rotfl:

woohoo frogga hope all is well :D

Well done RanitaR...what a prize.... that should save you quite a bit of cash.... and no excuse for not having lots of healthy stuff in to eat :T

Pigpen.... i can't remember who..but im sure someone mentioned that the tesco diet on line thingy was awarding quite alot of points back if you joined up (might be worth looking at)...don't know if anyone else can remember more about it.. i have been to sleep since i read it :p

Helloooo Angie loves Veg :D welcome on board... i guess we can be a bit difficult to catch up with, but you will soon get into the swing of it ;) .. for a start im the "waffling, rambling" member... so if you are in a hurry -just skim my posts :rotfl: you won't miss much because I always highlight names so you will see if im aiming anything at you in particular :D ..the rest will be chatter :rotfl:
I have to say though that you might be the first woman i have ever known who has never been to a slimming class :T

Caterina.. sorry you didn't get a better result for all your hard work..it could just be your body adjusting.. changing in fluid retention etc...don't get too down about it -although i would be more than a bit peeved at your "leader" and i use the term loosly  ... i think you are right - you may as well stick your "class money" in a pot and treat yourself every month or after every 1/2st... its not sooo bad paying for classes when they help..but if the leader isn't bothered i would think "nelly to that"
You will soon have those lbs moving.. you know you can do it :D

BigMummaF.. don't know if this is "correct" but i shove all sorts of seeds into bread and its always been fine.. and you can buy stuff already done with them in can't you  so i think you should be fine..although im sure frogga can tell me if i have been trying to poison myself for years :rotfl:
Oh and i have some "slimming mags from before xmas" if you want them -or anyone else :D

Gingham Ribbon -have you considered hiring out your little one? you could make a fortune:D ...mind i would need to keep her for quite a while to burn the rest off i need to shift -perhaps i could return her when she is 5:rotfl:
ahhh just had a thought -cancel that idea... no children in the house at the moment means no excuse for buying "goodies" for snacks etc :D

well done on the loss Bobby :j

cheerfulness- I reckon i could have bought a small house with the amount i have spent on classes, books, shakes, powders, bars etc over the last 22 years  what an awful thought

:j Newlywed.. on dodging all the evil cake, pastry products.. why do they have to smell so nice:rolleyes: ... but you avoided them :T

well so far this month i have spent €39.43 on groceries and apart from a bit of salad and milk i shouldn't need to buy anything more before the FEB GC starts :T .. how good am I ? im on a serious money saving crusade this year.... but we are stil eating sooo well. The fact that we used to spend a small fortune every month -even though i have always cooked from scratch -makes me realise just how much we used to eat..oh the shame :o

well ladies im of for a veg out before doing dinner.. hope you all have a good afternoon and i will be back this evening :D

Hi MrsM ~ I've never been to a weight loss class either :D I've been to a session about trying to put weight on when I had my "little problems" does that count? Oh and I'm not a woman so I guess not. I do know LOADS of frogs who have been to weight loss classes though :D

I haven't been to any weight loss classes either ;)

My sister did and I borrowed her books to do the diet once - does that count?

Can't bear the thought of someone else weighing you and telling you you've put more on!

Cripes, a binge just came out of nowhere!

Went to the corner shop for lotto and some milk and came home with 2 cadburys creme eggs, a packet of penguins and a packet of crisps.

I made crisp sandwiches :o with 4 rounds of bread and butter. And had 5 penguins and the creme eggs.

I don't know what the hell brought that on. I feel absolutely repulsive now!

Draw a line under it, forgive yourself and start again. Next time leave your purse at home;)
