Hello everybody...special welcome to the newbies.
Frogga...you are the most wonderfulest frog on the planet...now are you happy enough to acknowledge that MrsMC has lost almost 5 stone and given us trillions of smashing recipes and is to be heartily congratulated...you really can be such a tadpole at times!
Weighed this morning and am still at the wonderfully slim weight of 14st 3 lbs...think that I will have to use the other scales next week...it likes me!
In true well adjusted adult style I had two chocolate biscuits, an iced fancy and two jam doughnuts to celebrate the weigh in, so to-day I have eaten, in addition to the above:
Muesli with raisins;
Hm soup with parmesan and bread;
Pasta with bacon, chorizo, chilli, olive oil and onion with bread.
Talk soon
Marie

Evening all
I hope you don't mind me joining you all on my weight loss journey. Hopefully I will get somewhere this time as I'm not succeeding on my own :mad:
I'm a SAHM with a gorgeous little boy and a very hard working husband who is very supportive of healthy home cooking! I'd like to lose around 3 stone and my hubby could do with losing a stone so I appreciate all your support and menu ideas etc!

Eek been binging tonight. Bought small multi-pack of crisps and have munched through them plus half a pack of chocolate digestives. Don't feel too good now! I read somewhere, either here or somewhere else that it's not so bad to have a binge because you realise you don't want to do it again, I guess that's true!
I have been reading all the posts here, but I would never remember what everyone said so please excuse me for not responding with encouragement etc!Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

Morning ladies n gents.... and HELLO to all the newbies :wave: just jump on board n join in
Heck knows what im doing up at this un-godly hourbut as i was wide awake i thought i may as well get up...
Have the bread underway -well sat in a bowl on the worktopand have had a banana and a cuppa to get me started.... found the nana a bit too sweet....
hubby will be out golfing later - so im going to have a walk to fetch a bottle of sesame oil...someone is determined to keep me walking :rotfl:i keep forgetting things so i have to go out again.
On the way back from there im going to cut through the garden centre and pick up some membrane to put down on a chunk of the garden, and then im going to grow, butternut squash, aubergines, courgettes through it.... well im going to try-hopefully if it stays dry today i can get out there and get some more of my pots set :j -lots of veggies to grow -plus its extra exercise
not sure what i will have for lunch -but dinner is going to be crispy duck with pancakes (hence needing sesame oil)
Rosewood.... don't worry about what the scales said... you are right its probably just the heavier clothes + the TOTM.....
ooohhh a little bundle to play with..... i love them from new born, and then the toddler stage when they are learning so much.. my SIL has an adorable little girl who is 14months now, and she is booked in for a C-section on monday with the 2nd :eek: -someone is going to have their hands full...mind i would do it in a heart beat
You are right the walking just makes me feel soo much better -i get quite grumpy if i don't get out...i usually do Mon -Thurs... but today will be 6 days in a row :j ..its the only exercise i do at the moment... when i was in the UK and WWing i used to do at leat 100 lengths 5 days a week -but its a long time since i put this Bod in a swimsuit -and it will be a lot longer till i do it again :rotfl:
Taplady-the lengths some folks will go to to spend more time with us... not the kind of news you want, still its for a reason -and better safe than sorry...
Hope work goes nice n quietly -so you can sneak on here-have a good weekend
Ames123- they used to be my biggest problem -crisps :eek: (smokey bacon , cheese n onion)- don't worry about it - at least it wasn't a 24 pack... and don't forget that multi pack bags are smaller than the individual ones
If you have a memory like me-when you want to reply to a post -if you click "go advanced" you can then scroll down through the last few posts whilst you are typing.... its how i remember who said what
right i had better leave you folks in peace for now,,, will get off to the supermarket... then get my jobs done and then i may veg on the sofa with some cook books or my x stitching
Morning frogga.... hope you give that ignaraymus a mouth full next time he is rude!!!!!!!! hope you have a great weekend...
hope everyone has a great day, keep up the good work everyone-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Morning All
Haven't had a very good couple of weeks - Aunt Flo's been and there's been 1 or 2 upsets - needless to say, over the 2 weeks, I've put on 3.5lbs.
Taplady - sorry to hear you've got to have an op but at least you'll be sorted then.
Right I'll go and catch up with some of the thread.
