Sorry you having a rough time, snuggle up on the sofa with a blanky, and some " no think TV" , and don't even think about weight loss -when you feel like that its a case of eating, what you fancy and what you can keep down isn't it...
sending you HUGE HUGS, and hope you are feeling better soon and hope things improve with OH and whatever else is happening..

Morning ladies :hello:
Today is a new day and I'm feeling a bit more positive after my swim this morning :j
I'll write last night off, I had a glass of wine and my snackajacks along with a slice of buttered bread and a cream doughnut
Preswim snack - slice of toast with marmalade, Afterswim brekkie - oats, soya milk and raisins, just had a banana. Lunch will be something from the canteen possibly a salad or a jacket and beans.
Tea is veggie sausage, mash and veggies.
We're going to see GS after work, its his 2nd birthday so I'll take his cake :bdaycake: it's a spider on a web. I'll have to have a slice though, it would be rude not too
Newlywed - hope you feel better soon, don't worry about dieting, just eat what you fancy and get well first.
MrsM - Yes, I'm having a rough time at the moment but it will pass. Work is frantic but I have a great boss who backs me up. OH and I are 'almost' friends, he has a job offer now so hopefully he'll stick at this one, if he doesn't ..............
Taplady - fingers crossed for your weigh in
Everyone else - have a great day :A0 -

'Ullo you lot, hi new peeps, well done on weight losses, proper proud of you all I am.
Second day of my 'visitor' and I feel rough as boots. Bloated and tired and I wanna go back to bed - but I have just said no to bacon butties again and am eating porridge like a good girl. Hmmmph, I'm going to start looking like a bowl of something, its porridge every morning and HM soup every lunch time, I think I need a change.
Changing day of my weigh in to Fridays as this means I can be a widdle bit norty on a weekend and have the week to recoverbut dont think I'm weighing myself today as I feel like a real bloater - its big knickers and stretchy waistbands for me today.
Have a really good weekend - I'll be thinking of you as I am sat in the restaurant tomorrow night trying to resist the ev-vil dessert trolley. Instead of my normal pints of lager (SUCH a classy bird dontcha know!) I am planning on drinking champagne (to celebrate new job) and vodka and diet tonics. And if I do loads of dancing well then that's just like an exercise class - especially the way I dance, not known for me ladylike finesse at all
Be good, if you can't be good then make sure you enjoy whatever baddies you troff because otherwise what is the point? ta ra! xxComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Watched my friend (she's the dark one in the avatar
) make the sauce for rice. Thought I'd share it with you as it is OS and easy.
Three cloves of garlic.
One red onion, chopped.
Vegetables... what ever you have.... we had white radish, mooli in slices, but courgettes, broccili, carrots, celery are fine. We had about four mugs full. Chopped.
Large handful of dahl, which are yellow split peas.
Tomatoes, quartered.(we used 6)
Green herbs like coriander, parsley.
Spices... well we used mustard seed, cumin and tumeric and chilli powder.
Firstly fry the garlic onion and spices (less than teaspoon of spices :rotfl: lol),
stir until the onion is translucent.
Add the chopped vegetables and chopped up herbs.
Add water to cover the vegetables plus cupful extra.
Add the dahl. About a cupful/large handful.
She cooked them in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Then added salt and pepper to taste.
Really, really nice over rice and healthy. Change the ingredients around to suit what you have and leave out spices you don't like.
We eat this over plain rice.
I'm going to a school function this evening and will be having a meal served on a banana leaf!!!0
