not only are they not honouring the points we receive, they wont reply to emails.been waiting a wek for verification code on mobile, have sent numerous emails and still i wait, have given up trying. never mind, i never had it so ill never miss it eh

Looks like they are in the middle of putting a new Harry Potter 20 point trivia question in the entertainment section (the one on the right hand side of the page about half way down) - when you click its still the old fat or fit celebrity thing but hopefully will change in a bit to the Harry Potter quiz

I seem to have gained 700 points. no sign of my boots voucher yet though (I ordered in on 15th July, has anyone else received theirs yet?

I ordered my voucher on 5th July along with the piggy post-it-notes....no sign of the voucher but the post-it-notes arrived today! :j

No wonder they give away stress piggies.....really need them with this company!!!:mad:

LOL.They're trying to make sure you're really stressed by the time they arrive so you'll be able to make the most of them.
The smell is enough to make me feel stressed.

Getting really annoyed with Pigsback, I ordered a £10 voucher yesterday & today I see that it says it's void, but I haven't got the points back either. Seems they're voiding all the points I got from the Irish site. I got the link for the Irish site from the English one, didn't see any rules telling me not to click on things. They're also taken the 500 off of me for the Nokia site !! Looks like they've taken lots of points & I still haven't recieved my £10 voucher from 8th July Grrrrrrrrrrr

Click on 'My Piggy Bank' on the blue bar right at the top of the page.

My account now shows more details of the points re-jigging...e.g.

-500 credit error (Nokia points)
+575 reward order void (Boots £5 voucher)
