ahyone know what the outback voucher is?

It is a steakhouse. Went to our local recently and had a brilliant meal, there's usually lots of bonus offers available too.

Bizarre... I seem to have gained about 500 points overnight (wonder whose they are, LOL :D ), and when I looked into my Piggybank, my -1150 for a voucher are still included and the +500 for Nokia.

I guess they are still in the middle of reshuffling the points, will check in a few hours again...

However, if it does turn out that they are taking away the expired points and the Irish ones, should we all kick up a big fuss? What do you guys think? (Obviously we should wait and see how the situation develops first...)

And how come there's been no Showbiz quiz for ages?
  • I've lost around 500+ points as well :(

i read these latest few postings about you guys having some deductions made,so went to pigsback to see what my total was.....last night i had 495,,,,,,this morning i have 1520 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,i had ordered a £10 and a £5 voucher a few weeks ago,so im wondering if they have cancelled those, rejigged the points and that is now what my balance is

very strange indeed, think i might quickly order a £10 voucher before they snatch them back again

just clicked on "view my piggybank" and it gived you a statement of how you have spend/received points, its still showing iv ordered the 2 vouchers,so have ordered another £10 one,,,,,doesnt show where the extra points came from overnight tho...... LOL

Same thing with my OH's account. I'm fairly certain he only had about 300 points. Today, he's showing ove 1500 points. No idea what's happened there.

It seems that they are crediting points back for £5 vouchers and deducting points earned from the Irish site.
The Piggybank doesn't seem to be updated immediately so I'm expecting to see the deducted and credited points showing up in the next few days.

Something strange about the competitions, the same person seems to have won the entertainment quiz and the Rustlers quiz  although I suppose that person could just be very lucky.

They are always the same name - the entertainment quiz doesn't have a WINNER - as everyone who eventually answers correctly gets the points straight away.

How come everybodys account in my house (mine included) is losing points - i want one of the accounts that has had extra points credited ???? :p

I have emailed them but not had any reply. Not sure if I emailed the right address though, but then I still would have expected a mail to say so and giving me the correct address instead.
With regards to kicking up a stink if they do remove points for expired offers and claiming points for irish links, I will email them to let them know of my dissapointment that I lose out because of their lack of competance to update their site and remove expired offers.
