I have emailed several times (and so has the other four people in this house) as we are all VERY annoyed at the loss of points - I have emailed them before on other matters - as yet noone in this house has EVER had ANY reply from them - whether we have emailed them direct or used their contact us on their website.

As you earned Points through an offer which you did not avail of, your account has been unsubscribed.

Just logged into my account which had a negative balance this morning, it now says 2310 points. Spending them before it changes!

Hmm, strange, I had £2.90 of points yesterday, and had ordered a £10 voucher on the 15th July, which hasnt yet turned up, but today, my points balance is £9.30.

Ive looked in my piggy bank, and the only deductions of points visible, is the 1150 for the £10 voucher I ordered, and 400 for the piggybank I ordered.

Can anyone else see if they have any deductions this way? I think I might get my calculator out and go through them, and see If I can identify what my points should actually be in comparison to what I have.

Boyfriend has gone from about £12.30, to £7.00 today - but no identifiable account movement. How annoying!

Should we all complain that it is not our fault if they havent set up their web service properly, especially considering they are a WEB company?
